I had appoinment with Nayeli for hair color, I dont want to complain but Im not happy with the result, at the salon with yellow lights I didnt realize but when I stand under white lights when I got home, I see that my roots are still black even after she puts color all the way on my forehead and my skin but didnt clean it after, I have to clean it after I got home. And I tried to contact her for a fix but she didnt even think she did wrong or have an apologize, Very disappointed and very unprofessional, her method on putting products on customer hair is not right at all, I do hair a lot, and this is the first time I experienced all products over my forehead like that, I wouldnt be upset if it turn out good, but my roots are still black 😫😫

First time here, everyone was very inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. Professional setting and clean. Claudia was fantastic, spending the day completing multiple hair services for us. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for fitting her in!!

Hai Salon is just the best!!! He always gives me his full attention and continued to make me proud to come to his salon! All of the stylists have great personalities and make all of the clients feel welcome! Good pricing and service! Definitely recommend😊

I actually got my hair done from them a couple days ago and tried to sit with it and I really don't like it. They were nice, but you'd probably have to be familiar (as in first name/friends basis) with them to get what you want. I felt a little uneasy most of the time because of how silent it was, but I gave them benefit of a doubt in case they're like introverted or something no biggie. But every time I spoke up about what I wanted they talked me out of it. It was my first time dying my hair and it wasn't what I wanted at all; I expressed I was willing to take a longer process if it meant I could get my result, but they just said they'd "speed it up," and when I asked if we could actually do more to my hair they said it'd look a little awkward or weird if I recall. Just basically did what THEY wanted/preferred with my hair. It was expensive overall for something that looked nothing like the result. It looked like my hair just grew out of a super old bleach. In summary, first time getting my hair done and they didn't make it a comfortable process, they talked me out of things so it could be done "faster". I didn't want to make a scene or anything I'm just sad about my hair. Receptionist? at the time was nice tho, Edit: they reached out about fixing it w/ no worries, They couldn’t do refunds unfortunately but offered to fix at no cost. I wasn’t interested as my first time there was a bit uncomfortable but appreciate them trying to fix it

I was searching for a few weeks to find a stylist who could give me exactly what I was looking for. I haven't had my hair colored in 9+ years but needed to freshen up my color for my wedding in two weeks. After looking through countless reviews and instagrams of local stylists, I found Shea and I am SOO happy I did. She gave me exactly what I wanted, a lived-in/soft balayage and she was very precise with her color placements. I was nervous to change up my hair so soon before the wedding and the pressure was on but Shea delivered! Highly recommend this salon and Shea!

If I could give this salon zero stars I would. Horrible experience and after going back to “fix” it, turned out even worse. After trying to rectify the situation with Hai, I told him I was going to leave a bad review. His response, “post away”, and here we are.

I am more of a barber kind of person but considering it is a salon probably the best I have been to. I just wish salons didn't have the feel of arrogance, why are stylists so aggressive and barbers are gentle.

I have been to many salons and I have never experienced a salon as professional as Hai Salon. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I went there with my girlfriend expecting to be bored out of my mind for the 3 hrs we were there, but once Hai started working on my girlfriends hair, I immediately realized I was wrong. Hai's display of skills and years of experience was surprisingly hypnotizing. Not only is Hai very skilled, but he is very fast! It's hard to find a stylist that is as skilled and as fast as Hai is without sacrificing quality. I enjoyed watching every bit of my girlfriend's transformation and will likely be accompanying her again!

Where do I begin?? I went to Hai last minute, and he SAVED my hair. He is so so talented and knew exactly what to do. My hair crisis turned into a glow up! I would 10/10 recommend him and any one else in this salon! He is skilled and knowledgeable. He is also a great conversationalist and truly cares about his clients. Thank you, Hai!
