Advertises on Groupon but doesn’t want to honor the purchase. Waited two days for them to “get back to me” about when they have availability but no response. Messaged again to say please let me know if you don’t have any availability but still no response. Rude and completely unprofessional. She also told me to not purchase on Groupon and she’ll honor the Groupon price, meaning she wants to advertise on Groupon but not pay them for their service.

Thick & Long hair - I definitely don't trust anyone with my hair but with Melanie I don't have a care in the world. I got the keratin treatment and a haircut, and I love love my hair. Melanie is great and gets it all done efficiently without breaking the bank! Great suite was clean and comfortable. The space is great if you don’t like a typical salon setting. It felt very intimate like I had my private hair and makeup studio. I felt comfortable and she took her time to listen to my concerns and expectations. I had the blow out and haircut service. I have had it done in the past but elsewhere through Groupon and I was not that impressed. This was the best job yet and the best value. I also added a color touch up last minute and she got it all done in time for my New Years! My hair looks great and she delivers great service in a timely fashion. I got compliments all day on how healthy my hair looked. The frizz is gone! My hair is straight and has massive shine. I have natural wavy, frizzy, dry damaged hair and I have not seen shine like this in my hair for years. Get your appointments in so you get your 2020 makeover!

Melanie is so patient and thoughtful with consultation and planning. She didn’t start applying color until she knew exactly what she wanted to do. She also checked the color frequently throughout to make sure that we were both happy with it. The Brazilian blowout treatment is amazing! I’m visiting from North Dakota and will definitely make the trip here again to get my hair done!

I go to have my hair done by Melany Riddle, Hair addiction. I wasn't sure about her expertise at the beginning, because I have short hair she did such a good job that I come regularly to her. She is very professional relay able and punctual, what is very appreciated in my busy life.
