Iāve been a loyal client of this salon for almost 3 years, so itās disappointing that I have to write this review. I recently made an appointment with Karla because my original stylist was booked while I was in town. When I arrived, she explained that since I had fresh highlights, it might be challenging to work with my hair, but she came up with a plan to give me a look Iād be happy with. The actual service was fine, and I appreciated Karla's effort to work with my existing highlights. However, my issue lies with how things were handled afterward. Once I left the salon, I noticed orange undertones in sections of my hair that were previously blonde. Iāve been getting balayage for 7 years and have never had this issue before. I reached out to the receptionist with my concerns, especially since I had paid around $350 for the service. She was kind and genuinely tried to assist me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I didnāt like that the blame was being placed on my hair, especially given that Iāve never experienced this problem with any stylist before. The only solution they offered was a toner, but we all know that would just darken the orange tones rather than fix the root issue. I also tried reaching out to Sandra, the owner. I received one response initially, but after that, I was left on delivered. I understand her explanation, but still find it unacceptable to pay such a high price and leave with orange hair when it initially was not orange. I followed up with the receptionist because I hadnāt heard back from Sandra, but my messages were left on read without any further communication. This lack of response was the final straw and pushed me to write this review. To be fair, this salon has skilled stylists and treats you wonderfully during your visit. I had amazing experiences with Ingrid and Sandra when they worked on my hair. However, they clearly fall short when it comes to handling unhappy customers. After 3 years of loyalty and experiences with multiple stylists, Iām sad to say I wonāt be returning. Below are pictures I took showing the orange tones in my hair. You can also see parts of my hair that were already blonde that are not orange. The photos taken by the stylist mask the issue, but mine were taken with the same styled hair I left the salon with.

Soy nueva clienta, y la verdad me encanto el salon , la peluquera Alejandra muy atenta y profesional . El ambiente y el trato excelente , los recomiendo šÆ , corte y secado buen precio , te ayudan si tienes alguna inquietud con tu cabello, muy satisfecha .

It's not just the place where they make me look prettier and boost my self-esteem. Hair and Love Salon is, without a doubt, the second home for many. They make you feel like family and believe me, you end up being part of the family in one way or another. All the stylists are very professional under the direction of Sandra Leon, the main flower of the garden. Bertica will brew the best coffee of your life. Highly recommended.

Traveling to Miami for business after several full and intense weekends I searched online for a salon that seemed able to do a variety of hair. I booked online for something 4.5 hours after I would land. Murphy's Law led to delays, deplaning, re-boarding, longer flight time, and issues that made my window to land in Miami, get a rental, and make my appointment seem impossible. The pre-pay option was incentive to go ahead and just head straight to my hair appointment rather than reschedule. I washed my super curly/natural black hair just in case the could not do black hair. The shop was clean, bright, everyone greeted me upon entering. When my scheduled stylist went long on a previous client, they had someone else lined up. I chose any stylist in my booking but noted that I was black and had thick untreated curly hair. I don't speak a lot of Spanish but I was never made to feel left out. Amanda stepped in and carefully washed, dried, and flat ironed my hair. The gorgeous owner offered un cafe that was just the right pleasant extra after a long day of travel. Well done on the hair, no fear of my natural curls, and great connection to me as a client. Well run, on time hair with great stylists --even those not at master stylists designation!!

Jazmine is amazing!!! Sheās so talented at her craft and shows how much she truly loves it! She takes her time, but is efficient. You donāt feel rushed and feel as if she put her all into your hair. Youāll walk out feeling beautiful and confident, as you should after getting your hair done. She brings a beautiful energy and spirit with her, will recommend over and over!!

Love love love this salon! All of the hair dressers are very talented and so friendly! Iāve done extensions and highlights with them for over a year and I always have a wonderful experience. I leave with the color I want and my extensions look very natural. People always compliment me on my hair! :)

The salon is okay, they do good work just depends who you book with but donāt want to say names so no on feels bad. Also tip to the owner, Sandra, sheās super nice but customers spend 8-10 hrs here and nothing is offered. No beverages nothing! Most salons now offer this especially when you are there for so long spending 1k on your hair. Something to think about not everything is money, money think about customer service and making your client feel like they want to come back again.

This is my third time going to Hair and Love salon and second time with Jazmine as my stylist. I always love how my extensions turn out and will be coming back in October to redo mine.

Amazing customer service. They make you feel at home. Super nice energy inside. All the ladies are sooo good with color. I am very pleased with my color. I saw the work they do on extensions and itās incredible. Super natural looking. Owners are awesome, they make sure you feel like a queen.

I love this salon so much, everyone is so nice and friendly, they make you feel very welcome. They have the best quality extensions and every single hair dresser is amazing. Walked in on a very busy Saturday without appointment for the very first time. They were amazing and squeezed me in before someone elseās appointment. My hairdresser did my styling and applied a treatment while she took care of her original appointment. I waited about an hour and then she was able to finish my hair. She was amazing. My hair looks amazing shiny and soft. I love my cut. Will soooo be returning to this place again.
