Absolutely awful. I found a facial on Groupon for $40, but was charged a whopping $150+ by Maria Elena. I wish there was better communication, I knew the service would be slightly more in price but I paid double the amount I was waiting for. On top of that, the service was subpar.

They couldn't locate my appointment that I booked online so I lost my deposit towards the appointment, so I'm going through the credit card company to dispute it. The hairstyler barely washed my hair as well prior to the cut, simply just wet it and barely lathered and rinsed prior to the cut. It seemed that they just wanted me to get out since it was close to closing time. A basic blow dry is not included so I left with soaking hair. Disappointing experience at such an expensive cost.

Bertha applied my apres and she was thorough, kind, and did an excellent job. Every time I have nails done at Cece I am very happy with their work and the atmosphere! Clean, calm, smells great. Parking is easy. Prices are good. Hidden gem.

Dyron is an amazing massage therapist! To give you some context, I’m the kind of person who feels pain everywhere, so I was a bit nervous about trying wood therapy (maderoterapia). However, Dyron made it fun and helped me not only see results but also relax during the sessions! Highly recommended if you want to improve your body and reduce cellulite.

Any es una verdadera profesional que cuida cada detalle de mis uñas y hace que la experiencia sea súper relajante. Lo que más me gusta es cómo escucha mis ideas y siempre logra plasmar exactamente lo que quiero. Sus técnicas son impecables, las uñas siempre quedan perfectas y duran muchísimo. Además, utiliza productos de alta calidad. Me encanta lo limpia y organizada que es. Todo está siempre esterilizado, lo que me da mucha confianza. Siempre salgo encantada con el servicio.

Mi experiencia en el salón fue increíble. Ani me atendió con mucha dedicación y me hizo un diseño de San Valentín que amé. El ambiente es súper tranquilo y relajante, ideal para desconectar y consertirse, además me ofrecieron café y agua, lo que hizo que la visita fuera aún más agradable. This was, without a doubt, the worst manicure I’ve ever had. After the final coat of gel polish, the paint started to shrivel up, so I had to have everything re-painted. However, when they did, the polish extended onto my skin. When I asked if it could be fixed, I was told it could be removed with a nail file. Instead, she used a nipper and ended up taking a chunk of both my nail and skin! When I called to report the issue, they offered to have someone else fix it, but I declined. My finger was (and still is) in pain, and after already spending two hours there for the re-paint, I couldn’t bear the thought of returning to that place. Besides, you can't fix a chunk of skin missing. :/

Kisbel is the best, she always does my nails so beautifully and she’s so sweet and funny. I always do my nails here and she’s helped me grow my natural nails out and they are so healthy. I’m loyal to my girl lol, it’s so hard to find a good nail place that keeps ur nails healthy when doing gel.

Came in for highlights and left with a $400+ bill for a balayage , considering my hair is short I dont understand why the high bill and why the balayage without my consent!! Also 1 month later the highlights are completely gone

I asked the lady at the desk that I was interested in getting a facial & wanted to see the different options they offer, she told me they don’t do any facials there. I walked off and thought it was weird since I remember seeing it on their website. I went on my phone to look it up, went back in and showed her that it says they offer facials online. She then took my phone, scrolled through & then told me oh yea they do but I have to book online. I didn’t walk in & demand one. I simply wanted information on their process and options. I was going to book here but not anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been going to Ceci Spa for a few months now and my experience has been great. Diana does a really nice job with my manicure and pedicure. She has a steady hand, clean technique, and is meticulous with gel nails. Yanet is my girl for all things hair. I met her in a previous salon and followed her to Ceci Spa; she has earned my loyalty. Not only does she dominate color and styling but she is also a wonderful person. She will make you feel beautiful inside and out. The Spa also recently expanded, you can see the care and effort they have invested to enhance the customer experience.

I visited Ceci salon today and got my hair washed, cut and styled by the one and only Liliana.I was offered refreshments while i waited which i thought was so polite. My appointment was at 12:30 and i arrived at 12:10 and was seated within 5 minutes. Liliana did not only make me feel so beautiful but amazed me with how well she made my hair look. Her bedside manner was absolutely devine. If you’re looking for a new hair stylist in the miami area i 10/10 recommend Liliana, she did not disappoint
