I called her to set up an appointment, she started rude from the beginning with me. I didn't have any tone with her nor did I raise my voice. All I asked her was when could I come in for a color, she answered "Oh I don't have any appointments this week." I said ok that's fine, when is your next appointment? She said Monday, so I asked her how long does it usually take?I told her my length and everything, I asked because I wanted to give her a good time that I would be available Monday. She assumed I was rushing her. She responded, "It's a process sir you can't rush me." I told her I wasn't trying to rush you. I tried to explain to her that I wasn't trying to rush her cause I fully understand that it takes a process but she cuts me off. Tells me to find someone else and hangs up on me. She clearly didn't want my business from the minute she answered the phone and I never once raised my voice or took a tone with her.

My appointment was scheduled and verified 2 weeks in advance and a reminder notification was sent to me several times and at 9:00 PM the night before the appointment to let me know I had an appointment the next morning. On the morning of the appointment date, at 4:30 AM, I received a notification that the appointment was cancelled, which left me in a bind for several occasions I had planned. No reason or excuse was offered. Unprofessional! What’s worst, I would have been a new client for this stylist.

I called to make an appointment and asked if they did butterfly locs and the lady was so rude to me she said yea but we are not doing them today with an attitude and hung up in my face. Very unprofessional.

I called to make an appointment and the woman who was on the phone was so rude. It was so disrespectful, then the woman hung up in my face. I don’t know why she had an attitude with me, but it was very unprofessional and I highly recommend that you don’t go this place if you want your hair done.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who did my hair was awful. From her scratching my forehead during my wash. To the “detangling” process. To the not so “silk press” & not to mention over charging me $10 for a service I did not like nor requested. Lastly, for 20 mins she was on the phone with her seem to be guy friend on speaker phone, hitting my shoulder every time he said something “outrageous” furthest from professional. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I literally just called this place a lady answered the phone and simply i asked about a walk in appt for this evening for a silk press. She asked could i come about six pm and while on the line i hear another female(one of the hairstylist i presume) loud and very ghetto in the background say "hold on what she trying to get first" with attitude all in her voice you can tell she clearly wasnt trying to provide any services i immediately said you know what never mind! Smh
