Stay away !!!!! — 0 stars !!!!!!! Horrible lady at front desk! Disgusting attitude….. Spoke with her for about 20 seconds, she rushed thru the answers, lacked knowledge of the process and hung up on me almost immediately…. $150.00 for highlights If toner is needed price is unknown refused to give price.

Very disappointed in this place thanks to the employee Cindy, I made an appointment for 4:30 in the afternoon with Miss Cindy and how sad, because only for arriving 15 minutes late she did not want to wait for me and the worst thing was that she lied to me saying that I I called to verify, I already had a wallet in my hands and I was desperate to leave, the funniest thing of all is that I visited the place and they make me wait up to 30 minutes and I understand perfectly I have never complained, so just for a few minutes this happens to me !!!, even with appointment! It is a lack of professional ethics. Impress yourself!!! It shows that her business is not hers. i will never go back

Going here was such a pleasure. I rushed over here after coming from another salon that cut my hair completely uneven, after going in for a keratin treatment. Cindy was so kind and welcoming over the phone. She immediately let me come in for a consultation, and after discussing the different types of Keratin they offered, I decided to go ahead with their 200$ option. She even gave me a discount because of the horrible experience I had at my other salon. Cindy was such a joy to work with she evened out my hair and did my keratin meticulously. My hair looks so wonderful and she even gave me some delicious homemade bread she had made! Incredibly professional, comfortable, and clean space, definitely recommend.

Llege a QOD casi llorando, con el pelo maltratado de otro salon. Jovi me atendio y tomo su tiempo en todo momento, con calm, y contestandome todas mis preguntas y me calmo. Me explico todo el processo para arreglar lo que habian hecho y como se iva a ver despues. Note muy rapido que todas las clientas que entravan saludavan a todas las empleadas como amigas. Te digo que ahi tambien, me senti comoda siendo la primera ves que visite este salon. Me hicieron sentir bienbenida. Recommiendo a Jovi y su arte es muy carinosa, amorosa, y se siente la sinceridad y amor que ella tiene por las personas al igual que su majia. Sali mujer nueva. La proxima ves que visite a Miami regreso a Jovi sin duda. Gracias Jovi. Zaida

This was a hair-coloring nightmare! Do not go here to get your hair colored! They want you to pay top dollar ($525) as if they are a high-end salon, but treat their customers like a cut-rate chain salon would. I recently did a balayage with Jovi and I am in love! She takes her time and was so gentle with my hair. I absolutely love it. She answered all my questions and concerns about it. I will definitely be going back to her for any hair treatments in the future

QOD Hair Boutique is the Best Hair Salon I ever been! It was worth the 45 min drive! From the front desk Welcoming, the Wonderful Atmosphere, followed by Covid-19 guidelines, to the Best Color Hair Stylist! Jovi! For the first time I had Balayage done in my hair, that for sure needed some TLC...but what she did, was beyond my expectation! She also, trimmed my hair for some volume, since I have very fine hair. It turned out FABULOUS! My husband was so impressed, that he asked me if I had extensions! 😄 While there, I observed another stylist, Gina, cutting the most Amazing hair cuts I ever seen! That's it! QOD Salon will be forever my place, and Jovi, my Bayalage girl!🥰
