Allison has been my go to for years and I never leave disappointed. She makes you feel comfortable the minute you arrive and she is realistic about getting your hair colored how you want it. I’ve had other colorists give me unrealistic expectations about lightening my hair in one session so I was very happy that Allison wasn’t this way. I’ve always loved my hair and the time flies by bc we would chat the whole time. I will miss her so much!! Maryland is very lucky to be getting her lol!

Allison has been my hair stylist for four years, and she is the best! She is sweet, easy to talk to, and most importantly, leaves my hair looking amazing. I’m not super opinionated when it comes to my hair, and she always has a suggestion of highlights/lowlights or a simple way to hide my greys. She knows I like low maintenance, so she offers ways to maximize the time between treatments, which goes to show you she values her clients’ wishes before her bottom line. Allison will be dearly missed - Maryland is lucky to have her!

Allison is a hair MAGICIAN! I seriously dont know how she does it and makes it look so easy. I am very picky when it comes to how my hair turns out and I have NEVER been disappointed with how Allison has done my hair. I’ve loved it every time! I get so many compliments on my hair color blend frequently and I tell them “Thank you, I have an amazing hair stylist.” If you don’t book Allison, you are seriously missing out. She’s so caring, loving, and just all around good for the soul. She’s been my hairstylist through an entire hard time in my life and I am so thankful to know her and have her in my life.

Allison is a true hair magician! I moved out of state and still travel to have her do my hair. I'm a blonde and it's hard finding someone who can do blonde correctly and without causing damage to my hair. Not only does she do amazing color, but her personality is the best, too. She becomes not just your hairdresser, but your friend and I know her other clients feel the same way. Highly recommend her!

Allison is the best, she listened to what I wanted and always asked for my input. I always walked out of my appt feeling great and loving how my hair is. My husband always compliments how I look. Allison is true artist! I’ve been going to her for several years for highlights, gray coverage, and cut. I have long, thick, blonde (thanks the Allison) hair. It was always a treat to spend a couple hours with her! I started going to her for her talent but kept coming because not only did she exceed my hair dream expectations, she became a friend. She is non-judgmental, warm, and easy to talk to! I’m going to miss her when she moves across the country. Maryland is getting one of the best and most hair-talented humans!

I've been going to Allison since 2006! I went to her for the first time, because a girl had butchered my hair that I had grown out to my waist. Allison fixed my haircut that had to be cut to shoulder length, and I loved it! She has also colored my hair, which she's an expert at! Trust Allison with your hair, you won't regret it. SHE. IS. I’ve loved every haircut I’ve received from Allison! She’s one of the very few people that has cut my very straight hair correctly. She listens and checks in to make sure you’re on the same page throughout the haircut, and never pressures you or makes you feel guilty about what you do/don’t want done. She’s the best!

Nothing but great things to say about Ally!! She’s excellent in her artistry! She always cut my hair exactly how I wanted, given I always gave her fun and unique styles to work on. Always left satisfied! Not everyone could cut my hair like she does; hence, why I kept going back and she’s just good vibes all around. Her chair often feels like a good counseling session! She would cut my hair so fast but sometimes I wished I could stay longer because I wanted to keep talking. Highly recommended!!! A+++++

Once you’ve been to Allison, it’s very very very hard to trust someone else with your hair. She is that good! I have seen Allison’s work for basically my entire life, I grew up watching her do my mom’s and sister’s hair until it was finally my turn to sit in the chair. Allison not only takes the time to get to know your hair and what it needs, but who you are and how she can best help you achieve the style and vibe that you want. I once planned to come in and get highlights but the end result I wanted was actually a bit different so Allison switched gears to get me the look that I actually wanted. She has a vision that you can only get through years of experience; it’s always a delightful experience to sit in her chair. When I moved to Europe I asked Allison to give me manageable hair that would last until I could visit her again and she worked her magic. Allison is the only stylist I would travel 15+ hours to see. Luckily for me, Maryland is a lot closer so I really hope I can plan a layover on my next trip back to the states so I can get back in Allison’s studio. 11/10 would recommend!!

Allison has cut and styled my hair 2 times. On my first appointment she took time to discuss what I liked and didn't like about my haircut and style. She made sure that she understood what I was communicated to her about length, cut, layering, thinning or thickness of my layers, and style. Allison made me feel very comfortable and confident about sitting in her chair On my 2nd appointment she took time to discuss and review as in my 1st appointment. She is a ray of sunshine and has a fresh and friendly attitude. Her salon is clean and welcoming!

Even when it can mean less business for her!
