Really kind guy, has his own story and happy to talk with you. Dry cuts, non-conventional but great experience. Be understanding because at the moment he runs the place alone. Fantastic haircut for the price, I have medium/long and thick Asian hair as a Pacific Islander/Asian mix, so people normally struggle to cut it well. Looks good styled. Love updos now

Chuy is the best. I’ve finally found my new hair stylist in the Seattle area who can cut and color thicker hair. Chuy is personable, easy to schedule with, and reasonably priced. I’m lucky to have found such a gem here :)

Chuy finally gave me the haircut I’d been asking for for YEARS but had not received, and assumed it just wasn’t possible or realistic. After my hair cut I immediately noticed how much lighter my head/hair felt. My hair is long and thick and he made it feel so much lighter with sacrificing style or volume. I can’t believe no stylist before now has done this for me. Will definitely be coming here from now on!

My experience was amazing! I received a much needed haircut with layers and curtain bangs that tamed my thick Filipino hair. I also loved the blowout afterwards as Chuy gave me hair care and styling advice. The salon is beautiful and Chuy provides such a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

So I came to him with a complicated super brassy balayage and Chuy was able to do his magic to achieve the ash grey color that I wanted. Before our first session, we exchanged the color and my current situation thru text. He’s really informative and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your hair. It is always a joyful hair appointment with him. Not only he’s talented hairstylist, but also a fun & outgoing person!! Highly recommend 👍🏻

honestly, best hair stylist ever!! i have not once come out of chuy’s salon unhappy. he always does a great job, and him and alfonso are the best to talk to and truly do what’s best for you and your hair <3 i genuinely could not highly recommend a hair salon or stylist more❤️

This is it! Chuy hair salon will be my place to go from here on out. Chuy provided excellent services, very friendly, and a good listener. I had a bad experience with my first hair salon before and didn’t like it. But, I am so thrilled I chose to come here. It was the best result I could ask for! Considering how my hair is black and not easily dyed, Chuy did it amazing and also did my bangs haircut. Turned out a WHOLE NEW ME! I LOVE my new look! THANK YOU Chuy! I highly recommend going to Chuy’s Hair salon, great service, amazing vibes and comfortable environment.

Chuy is amazing and provides the best services! I have black Asian hair and never found a salon able to get my hair silver blonde. Chuy was able to get my hair to silver and provided great customer service. Would highly recommend trusting chuy with your hair!

Chuy is awesome and always put what you want first. I am so happy I found him. I have thick asian hair which can be hard to dye or work with but he does an amazing job. I recommend him to anybody who is looking to get their hair done!!

Had a great blowout with Chuy! He gave me curls that I loved before I went to my maternity photoshoot! Appreciate that he kept some clips in because my photoshoot wasn’t until later in the eve so he didn’t want my curls to loosen out before that!

My hair was extremely long - I was looking for fresh layers that would frame my face at a salon closer to where I lived. I took a chance on Chuy based on a quick Google search coupled with solid reviews. Chuy provided such a stellar wash, cut and style. It was exactly what I was hoping for! Because of my positive experience, I even brought my boyfriend in for a long overdue cut and showed Chuy an inspo photo for reference; it was important for my boyfriend that his hair wasn't cut too short. Chuy gave him the absolute perfect haircut which just shows that he can service both men and women's hair beautifully. On top of it all, Chuy is such a sweet person and a delight to be around. We both look forward to coming back for our future haircuts!!!

I’ve never had a repeat hair stylist who I trusted until I met Chuy. I have stubborn, brassy Asian hair but he’s able to lift it to the level of coolness I didn’t think was capable for me. He pays attention to detail and delivers every time I see him. I’m constantly recommending him to friends I know but the work just speaks for itself.

Wow! The attention to detail when my hair was cut! My hair feels and looks super nice!!! (My boyfriend complemented it immediately when he saw me) I just moved from the east coast. Even though this is the first placed I tried, I am certainly only coming back here only. Chuy gave me the haircut I wanted at a great price. I have to add too, the place is super cute inside and they are very attentive to their customers too. :)

Chuy did an amazing work on my hair. I had gone to a different solan and the lady did not do what I asked for and cut too much of my hair. A friend suggested her best hairstylist "Chuy". Chuy layered my hair how I wanted and didn't cut too much either just worked with the length. Then trusted him to paint my hair as well.Thank You Chuy.

Le he dado 5 estrellas por que siempre me escucha y me complace con mi cabello. Me gusta ir por el trabajo pero también por que el ambiente en el salón es súper relajado y el salón es muy bonito. Les recomiendo mucho a Chuy el trabajo y el cuidado de mi cabellos es el mejor que he tenido!

Love getting my hair done by Chuy. He is so attentive to detail and always tells you what is best for your hair. I recent got a Brazilian Blowout and my hair looks and feels amazing. He also recommended a split ends treatment, which really made a difference on my hair. I really recommend Chuy for your hair style needs.

Tengo haciéndome el pelo con Chuy desde que el empezó en esta carrera. Siempre he voy salgo muy contenta el salón está precioso y el trabajo está aún mejor, me escucha y entiende lo que pido además de ser muy buena onda. Claro que lo recomiendo!!

Yo me he estado haciendo el pelo con chuy ya por 3 años y me gusta mucho ir ahí el salón esta muy bonito y siempre me escucha lo que yo pido, siempre salgo muy contenta de ahí. Se los recomiendo. La razón de cuatro estrellas y no 5 es por que aveces esta un poquito retrazado pero con el pelo todo excelente 👌 😉 muy bien
