Professional and gifted would be the words that come to mind first about Ci-Ci. If I had more time, I'd add some more. Ladies, if you're looking for a REAL beautician who cares about your scalp just as much, if not more, than your hair, go to Ci-Ci. I've never experienced the service that I received yesterday that led to today. During my consultation, she was honest and clear on what MY hair needed. She didn't upcharge me or argue with me about what I thought. She listened to me and then advised. Fast forward to my actual appointment. It was amazing. She taught me how to wash my hair, and we discussed water temperature, and she thoroughly went through my growth plan with me. Once it was time to cut my hair, she wasn't scissor happy she only cut what was needed and told me about my next steps. We talked and really got to know each other it wasn't about the money or just doing my hair she took the time to build a client relationship like back in the day. She made it very clear that I needed to leave my hair alone and that she would teach me how to take care of it. Everything was about the health of my hair and the health of how I felt as a woman walking out her door. It was a great experience she definitely gave me my sparkle back today. It was the boost that I needed to feel better for me! I would highly recommend Ci-Ci to all hair types, all nationalities everybody go to her!! Thank you, Ci-Ci. I will be back at my three week check-up!

I booked CiCi on a whim and glad I did! She not only did a great job on my hair, but she is very professional, attentive, and has such a pleasant demeanor. It seems like I’ve been knowing her for years. Needless to say, she is definitely a winner!

Many stylist call themselves a “natural hair expert” but CiCi is the real deal. She’s perfected her techniques and methods and it truly shows. I got the spa experience silk press and my hair is shiny, bouncy, silky and my scalp has never been so clean! She also gave me the best trim! Not a hair out of place, beautiful work. I’ve never had a stylist work so gently and diligently on my hair. She’s truly an expert and cares about the health of your hair. Her space is relaxing, clean, and private. It feels like your own personal spa! She’s kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. I won’t be going anywhere else for my regular hair care. Ci is great at what she does! She managed to tame my hair with minimal hair products, and the results were fantastic. I enjoyed wearing my hair down, which gave me a break from wigs. Since then, I have washed my hair several times and have had no breakage. Thanks for educating me on my hair health. Sitting under a hood dryer is a nightmare for me😄, but my hair sure craves deep conditioning and heat. Oh, and that oil concoction is a plus! Thank you!

CiCi is a miracle worker. I got my hair colored (full blonde from dark brunette) and left the salon with my hair feeling healthier than when it was natural. She really makes you a priority and listens to what you want when you go to her. Also, you can tell she really loves what she does and takes pride in the outcome of every client. Her coloring packages are all inclusive of treatments, haircuts and styling, so there are no added costs after you get your hair done. Definitely recommend!

CiCi is a one appointment at a time stylist. It truly is a refreshing experience during every appointment. It’s more than just a hair appointment you are starting your healthy hair journey. No overbooking, no surprise add-ons cost, each treatment “appt” is tailored to meet your hair needs. If you are a chair hopper you probably won’t appreciate the attention to detail. One last thing she is the queen of color, if nothing else schedule that consultation and you’ll get a chance to see for yourself.

CiCi is the definition of a hair care professional. She has literally doctored my hair to health. She addressed my hair globally, asked the right questions and has helped me address my hair issues when I was the most vulnerable following major surgery. She helped me with my hair care consistency, and we have not missed a beat for over a year. The change is obvious and I am forever grateful. Beyond that, CiCi is a REAL ONE. Ciarra is literally THE best stylist I’ve ever had. She understands how important it is for me to maintain great hair health, as my hair is naturally curly and I am very curl conscious. Not only that, but the way she executes every color I have ever asked her to do, is honestly impressive and turns out just as I imagined or better! She goes above and beyond as your stylist and ensures that from the moment you walk into her space, everything is all about you, the client. There are no distractions and she remains focused on you the entire time. Sometimes as women, we like for our stylists to be a comforting presence. Cici was amazing! My first time EVER getting my hair colored & she knocked it out of the park! I truly LOVE my hair! But beyond her obvious talent, skills and knowledge she is so kind and the most down to earth person ever! She made me feel so comfortable and we had the best conversations! Have had 2 appointments with CiCi. REALLY happy to have found a true color specialist who focuses her time on one client during the appointment, and who will not perform a service if the health of the hair will be compromised. I have been getting my hair done by Ci Ci for over 10 years and to say she is absolutely amazing is to say the least. The knowledge and care for hair is what keeps me as a retuning client. I consider CiCi a master with natural hair but we’ve also tried different styles that has always come out bomb. Oh and she has products you can use at home in between appointments ☺️

I love the results i got from CiCi. We started out with a consultation where i discussed my current hair regimen and what my color goals were. From that initial meeting she gave me great advice on what I needed to add to my process to get the results i was looking for. I needed a color correction and I was very apprehensive at first. But I felt very comfortable after the consultation so I went all in. My results were amazing. I am getting such great compliments from Friends and family. After my color she gave me product recommendations to keep my hair healthy and it paid off. I highly recommend her if you are looking to make a change and move your hair in a healthier direction.

Ci is so talented and thorough! She takes the time to listen to your concerns, evaluate your hair and scalp, and discusses her recommendations with you. Ci does great conditioning, cutting, and styling that bring my natural curls and style back to life. She's great at maintenance and also when you'd like to try something new. AND her hair oil is light and fragrant that keeps my hair moisturized, soft with a nice shine, and no frizz. Ci is a win-win!
