I have been going to this place for a while now and they cut really good but theirs on guy named David, he is a really yip yapper and talks about random stuff he is really disrespectful and cuts really bad and he will ask for a tip in a really rude way, but on the other hand theirs a guy named Chris, he is a really good barber and really nice and he respects every one of his customers, so i really recommend going to Chris and not David and also David will act like your friend and act cool. just don't go to David.

Extremely Disappointed! Yesterday, I brought my three sons to what used to be our go-to haircut place, but the experience left me beyond disappointed. When we arrived, one stylist began cutting my first son’s hair while my other two sons and I waited patiently. The shop wasn’t busy, and there were no other customers waiting. However, things quickly took a turn. A white individual walked in, and a stylist with yellow hair and a yellow shirt took him in for a haircut, completely ignoring us. I asked the stylist if the man had an appointment, as we had been waiting much longer. He said no, the man did not have an appointment, but he continued cutting his hair without acknowledging us. By this time, more customers had started coming in, but we were still waiting. A female stylist finished one haircut and then, shockingly, called another customer who had arrived after us. I asked her why she skipped over us, explaining that we had been waiting much longer. Her response? Dismissive and unapologetic. She said, “Oh well, wait, I’ll take care of you after this.” When I insisted it was unfair, the customer she called ahead of us even acknowledged it and offered to let us go first. Despite this, the stylist’s attitude remained hostile as she began cutting my other son’s hair. Meanwhile, the stylist in the yellow shirt finished with the white customer and, to my disbelief, called yet another white individual with his son—once again skipping over us. When I questioned him directly, he didn’t even bother to respond. After the second haircut was finished, I stood up, expecting it to be my turn. Instead, the female stylist called yet another customer. At this point, another gentleman sitting nearby, who appeared to be from the Middle East, leaned over and said, “This happened to me too.” He even mentioned that his friend’s family had experienced similar treatment at this location. When I confronted the female stylist about the blatant discrimination based on appearance, ethnicity, or religion, she dismissed me entirely. I told her I would contact the owner to report this unacceptable behavior. Her response? She shouted, “I don’t care!” and began yelling in her language with the stylist in the yellow shirt. This experience was appalling, disrespectful, and discriminatory. It’s clear this business has no regard for fairness or proper customer service. I will be taking this issue directly to the owner and ensuring others are aware of the prejudice we faced. This is completely unacceptable.

Not a good experience. The glasses lady ruined my hairs. Even i showed her the style picture 4 times. Shame on her😡😡😡

Don’t ever go to the salon it’s the worst haircut place in Katy. They rip you off charge you $10 for a haircut when they say it’s seven dollars they’re liars the guy David he on the right side of the building when you go in he act like he very cool he messed my hair up many times he don’t know what he doing. I never return this place again. Do not go there warning to all people looking for Haircut asked for Chris he very good haircut. He on the left side very nice man if I ever go back I only go to David very bad man about everything. He tell me he gonna charge me this price. He don’t charge me this price. He talk a lot of smack to me. He disrespect me many time very rude. He do not care. He act like he your friend, but he’s not your friend , he bad businessman don’t go away from David Hair because David Hair

When you go there ask for Chris he’s the best one there. He always fixes the other guy when he messes up my hair don’t ask for the guy named David. He’s a bad guy. He cut my hair three times and mess it up. Chris has to fix it always always ask for Chris give him good tip. Give him good business. He’s very good man. Take good care of you.
