Been living in area seen salon couple times decided to give a try call the “salon owner “ gave me a price over phone seen hair in person didn’t say nothing about changing the price then waited to the end to try to change price when what I got was suppose to already include a cut and u wonder why lot always empty over there so damn unprofessional wasn’t about to get over on me never again hair was f up the next day jacked up by Jacque

Not a good experience! I was told to be at my appointment at 10:30, didn't get waited on until 1:00. Jacque put me in the chair then went to lunch. She provided a consultation but didn't give me a price. I was blind sided on the cost. I had a high light, trim, I ask for a wet roll but because I was running out of time, she blow dried my hair and flat ironed my hair. My hair looked good, she did a good job. Ask about cost during consultation or you'll be sticker shocked!!! $240.00

This was the most therapeutic experience I’ve had at at a salon in awhile! The customer service is top notch as it was my first time visiting and the prices are affordable. I want to give the male stylist (Michael I believe) his flowers because he was responsible for giving me that therapeutic experience. I got a wash and blow in prep for braids and he was so gentle with my scalp from wash/de tangle/to blow drying. The products they use smell so good and leave your scalp feeling clean and refreshed. I will surely be returning!

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about hair. Loved my cut and texture of hair. Nice atmosphere and good location. Didn't care for what was being played on TV. The final cost was a lot more than I expected. Went in for an $85 cold wave, but with conditioner treatment and cut it came to $160. I'm glad I didn't stop by the bank to make my deposit first.😆

Very nice experience in this salon. Will be going back. Jacque asked" why do you want a perm?" She told me what I needed was a keratin treatment. My hair looked permed, soft, silky, curls and a nice gloss without looking and feeling greasy. I had my dead ends clipped, curled still had hair on my head. I'm sold. I set another appointment.

I found Jacque online and read some good reviews. What caught my eye was her name and the fact that she's only 5 minutes from my home. I went to her just to get my hair flat ironed. But she informed me that my hair could look better if I get additional services. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism so I went for it. I spent more than I wanted but I have no regrets. I love my hair and look forward to more visits in the future. I highly recommend her. And her son is a great addition too 👍

I learned about this salon from a Facebook group I am in. As soon as I read the post I called and made an appointment for my daughter to get box braids. The appointment was made 3 weeks in advance at 8 am to ensure she would get in and out. Sigh...that did not happen. When we arrived the stylist Jacque was finishing up with another client. We waited patiently expecting to be next. Nope! She worked on another client, then someone else walked in, and yet another client. In all, 4 people were seen before she chose to begin my daughter's hair. I addressed that we'd been sitting for 2 and a half hours. She explained she wanted to take care of everyone else and then dedicate her time to my daughter. Wrong answer! We made an appointment at 8. She obviously overbooked, which is probably how she runs her business. When she finally started my daughter's hair, she hurried through. I changed the hairstyle a bit to add cornrows in the front. She made very large cornrows (probably to save time) and then added box braids in the back. The ends are frayed and not neat. This is far from the quality I read about. My other daughter looked at it and said, "You paid how much because it's sloppy!" I paid $150 for a rushed hairdo that I was told takes 3 hours. She rushed and finished in about 1 hour. There are knots at the root instead of a seamless braid. This is string on some of the cornrows. I'm still perplexed about that one. I was totally ripped off! No discount was even offered for waiting so long. Plus, she charged me the full price for box braids even though she only put them in 3/4 of her head. I was really hoping she would work out but I am still in search of a quality, professional stylist for my daughter. Update: a response to a review instead of personally contacting the client seems disingenuous. If you can call to confirm an appointment, you can call to offer an apology. SMH!

I made a 10:30am appointment online with Jacque and did not leave the salon until after 6:30. Once I got home and really looked at my hair where it was not full and it was nothing like the photo I showed, and my aunt pointed out some imperfections that I couldn't see. My hair was also shaved and skint too low on the left. I was definitely Jacqued (jacked). I can say that she is nice but the wait time was unacceptable and the sew in was not great. I got no compliments.

One lady even took a picture of my hair.im very please, I recommend this shop for all your hair services. She even went and got right hair for me..awesome customer service. I will definitely return and look for some new customers.. love it

I've been living in Atlanta for about a year and a half and have been bouncing around to different stylists. But now I think I've finally found my home salon. The experience that I had yesterday with Jacque and her son Michael (who did a shampoo and silk press for me) was amazing. I was greeted with a smile and warm family welcome (even though everyone had their masks on- you can tell someone is smiling just by looking at their eyes). They treated me with nothing but kindness and my hair was done with love and care. Not only that but they were super accommodating to my current temporary disability. Modern salon, old school hospitality. I left with my hair laid and slayed. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. 🖤
