I’ve been to a few different places no one could get my hair right. Jill did & it took her half the time it took everyone else. She doesn’t charge you by the hr & it’s reasonable! Highly recommended

Jill is the only person I know who cuts my hair spot on every single time! I moved from NY and have tried to get my short hair done but I have been disappointed over and over!!! Till Jill came along! She is the best and your hair cut comes with comedy and therapy if needed lol 😂

I was told about "Hair by Jill" from a coworker. I have been so happy since I have someone that remembers my name and my hair. So pleasant and a smile that will warm the room. Looking for a pet store that in the nineties was more prominent in that part of town, I decide to walk into Jill's salon for unknown reasons. No dogs or cats around, little puppies to point and giggle at, I instead meet Jill. A compassionate soul, Jill's first words ever to me were, just who in the hell cuts my hair? Having a white man Afro at the time, I could see the disdain across her face, the lips of hers curling...wondering to herself if even she had the talent needed to wack such a bush of hair. Well, thankfully, she did and I could never see myself going anywhere else. YOU GOT'S TO GO if you are reading this! #Jill

This woman is fantastic. Favorite stylist in Tulsa. At first I went in for a trim a few times and I always left completely happy. Then she relocated so I followed her and began to get my hair colored and with highlights. She spends quality time on my hair and styles. In the two years I have followed her I have left with a great bouncy cut and perfect coloring . The best prices I have ever found in Tulsa have been with her.
