Karla has been my go to hairstylist for the past 2 years. From haircuts to highlights she really goes above and beyond for me. When I show her a picture of what I would like she always exceeds my expectations. She is very efficient and I absolutely love her work!

Karla is such an amazing lady! She knows her color treatments and does absolutely fabulous work! She has accommodated me several times always on short notice on my part. I truly appreciate her! She’s such a sweet sweet lady and it’s always a pleasure to converse with her as she’s making my hair look amazing! Highly recommend!!

So I made an appointment for 12:00. mind you I’m from out of town and this was for an emergency hair cut after getting a very bad hair cut yesterday 1/17/2025. (Not with Karla) So made my appointment confirmed my appointment got to the place waited and 10 minutes before my appointment she canceled not a great start, Thankfully two beautiful ladies here at the salon is going to fix my hair, even with have their clients.

Not a good first impression. I scheduled a 30 minute consultation with Karla to discuss my hair, show her pictures, and discuss color/highlight options. We scheduled an appointment for the next week at 10 a.m. for cut, full highlights, and a toning treatment. The morning of the appointment at 9 a.m. I receive a text message from Karla saying she is running behind and asked me to come in at 11:30 instead. Not a problem and I rescheduled my day around. I show up for my appointment along with another woman at the same time. Karla states she accidentally double booked us and was going to try and start one and swap us out. Not acceptable! I had high hopes based on the few reviews I read and the consultation I had the Friday before. Very disappointed and inconvenienced.

Karla definitely knows how to color, treat, and highlight hair. Her work is amazing. I have thick, coarse hair and she has manage to give me some great advice. She gave me an amazing treatment!
