Leydy is an excellent stylist who always achieves beautiful results! I love the color she is able to achieve for my blonde balayage and the cut she gives my bangs. I've been seeing her for about 1.5 years and she always is able to get me in for an appointment quickly and I leave looking and feeling gorgeous 🩷

Leydy consistently does a great job on my hair. She listens to exactly what I am looking for and executes it perfectly. She is also such a joy to be around during the lengthier appointments. I don’t leave reviews a lot but I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality hair cut or color!

I've been going to Leydy for over a year now and she's amazing! I get color and cut, and she does both beautifully. She really cares about making her clients happy. It's very easy to book appointments, and when I have had to reschedule, she has been extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend her!

We’ve been going to her for years now and I have finally decided to give a well-deserved review. It’s usually so easy to say your first time anywhere was nice or not nice, but let me tell you I’VE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. Leydy is our colorist/ Stylist and she’s just amazing. She ALWAYS delivers. She sits there and listens to our concerns and what we want from our appointments. If you want to get your hair done but you want to get it right the first time go see Leydy. She’s just so amazing, I’m so glad we got lucky with such a great stylist. You have to speak the same Language as your stylist, you never want to go too light or too dark. Not only is she extremely talented but she knows how to give her clients what they want. When you book your appointment book Leydy!

Highly recommend for bayalage! Leydy is very professional and sweet! She really cares and attend to your needs. I had brought a picture in and she had explain what my color will look like and will turn out. She brought out her color palette to show exactly what my hair will look like which put me at ease!

I appreciate Leydy and her professionalism. She took the time to respond to all of my questions about coloring my hair through texts. And, she was honest about what could and will happen since my hair is black. The day of the appointment she got right to the point and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Also, I would like to add in how quickly she did it, not too much small talk and right to the point. I’m happy to find my new hair stylist.

Leydy did a wonderful job re-layering my hair prior to my graduation! I have thick coarse hair and she managed it with ease. She also cut and styled my sister's hair beautifully, which has a completely different texture than mine. Leydy's expertise is well-rounded and her skills are highly versatile.

Leydy has been my hair stylist for over a year now and she is awesome. The services I’ve done are color, highlights and hair cut. Leydy is an obsolete professional and takes care of you 100%. She spends her time with her clients during consultation and performing the actual services. She is genuine with her recommendations and does not try to push treatments you don’t need. I highly recommend her.

I always have a great experience getting my balayage done by Leydy. Her technique is very natural and the highlights blend beautifully. My hair is super low maintenance with this technique. I only need to tone it and trim every few months. I cannot recommend Leidy enough! I usually tell her to do whatever she thinks with the color and I always love it

I had a horrific experience at the Paul Mitchell Salon in Channelside while pregnant, and Leydy saved my hair. She brought it back to a much more natural looking state with my natural color and highlights. Over the past year she's helped my hair look good while bringing up a 1 year old. God forbid she ever leave Tampa idk what I'd do! DEF book her for any of your hair coloring needs.

She is classic yet cutting edge, super friendly, knowledgeable, and a balayage MASTER. I was referred to Leydy over two years ago. Although I have quite a drive, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I only get a cut and my hair always looks amazing. I've been coming to Leydy for more than a year now. I have straight-fine hair and it can be a challenge to lighten dark brown hair past the "orangey" stage all in 1 appointment. This can scare off many stylists, but Leydy was willing to take on the challenge and execute with finesse and thoroughness. I have gotten a lot of compliments with my balayage. As a previous hairstylist, I can understand the pressure of certain requests that can be a little daunting, but Leydy is very good at understanding your needs and setting expectations. She's professional, honest, patient, and personable. I highly recommend her!

Truly the best out there in Tampa Bay! Her service and professionalism are the best out there. When you present to her what you really want (like a picture), either of a hair cut or even a Balayage/highlights she does EXACTLY what you WANT! Her experience in the field is what sets her apart, she really makes it look easy, and her work is impecable. I have already recommended her to at least 3 friends and they all say they love her and that they wont change her for anything. If you are looking for a great hair stylist + reasonable pricing just book with Leydy!! I always recommend her all the time!

I moved to Tampa two years ago from NYC. I had been getting my haircut with the same person for close to 13 years and I knew from past experience that finding someone new was going to be a challenge. I tried somewhere between 5 to 10 places before finally finding Leydy, and boy am I glad that I found her! Leydy gives great men’s haircuts. If you know the type of haircut that you want, she’ll meticulously follow your directions. If you don’t know the type of haircut that you want, she’ll give you suggestions. Either way, she’ll make your hair look great……EVERY TIME. Her talent is consistent which means you always walk out the door looking great. She never has an “off” day which, in my opinion, is hard to find. In addition to giving great haircuts, she also gives great head messages. Each haircut comes with one and they melt stress away. Absolutely incredible. The other thing that I’d like to mention is her level of professionalism. She’s always on time for my appointments which means I’m not burning time sitting in a waiting room…..and she’s never cancelled on me…...ever. Additionally, she’s great at carrying a conversation if you feel like talking while getting your haircut. She’s also great at letting you relax and not talking at all if that’s what you want. I highly recommend Leydy for men’s haircuts. I plan on going to her for as long as I live in Tampa and you should consider doing the same.

So about a half a year ago, I had a haircut nightmare and ended up having to just shave my entire head practically bald. I was so afraid to get my hair cut again after that experience. I finally decided to make an appointment and I am so glad a stumbled upon Hair by Leydy. She fixed up my hair better than I could have ever imagined! She truly has an artistic eye and was able to turn my mess of a haircut into a nice, clean and polished look.
