Canceled appointment twice a hour before the actual appointment, while we were driving to the appointment. We had two groupons for this place that we had planned to use, but she treated us like we were not customers. When we had called to make the appointment, she said that she would make an appointment for us, but she would take a "customer" if they came in first.Would not recommend to anyone. Have been trying to get highlights since November. I just decided to do it myself.
