I did the “Pure Lux” headspa treatment at Hair by Mar & it was an amazing experience! My hair felt incredibly soft for days afterward. The treatment was so relaxing, and the stylist was super professional. She doesn’t blow dry the hair after the treatment (which is standard for this type of appointment anywhere unless you pay extra for add on) which initially made me a bit nervous, but I let my hair naturally dry while running errands, and it ended up looking and feeling better than it had in a long time. I would definitely go back :)

Hair by Mar is my favorite hairstylist!! She is awesome!! She can do some hair!! Love her hair spa!! Talk about Heaven on earth?!? We had such an amazing experience I’m sending anyone to her that asks who does my hair. Mar is by far the best…. She’s such a sweetheart too.

I found Mar just over a year ago after my extension specialist relocated to another city - and MAN am I glad I did! My hair has transformed over this past year. Mar does my color/highlights and switched the extensions to a type better suited for my fine hair. Not only is she excellent at her craft - but she's also super sweet and kind. Her price point should be higher for the quality of her work. I absolutely recommend Mar - so if you're looking for a one-stop go-to for all your hair needs, this is it!

I recently experienced this head spa treatment for my self care day and it was fantastic! The scalp massage was incredibly relaxing, and the products used left my hair feeling rejuvenated. I recently went to Mar for the most amazing head spa and blowout appointment. The 60 minute head spa is an absolute DREAM! The ambience is so soothing and relaxing and Mar included so many thoughtful touches. She used calming essential oils, hair oils, shampoos and conditioners paired with her incredible massage of the scalp and neck this service is next level. I even bought my sister a gift certificate to come in, because everyone deserves this luxury! Thanks Mar for fitting me in while I was in town, I will be back :)

If you are looking for THE MOST WONDERFUL thing you can do for yourself- stop here! The 60 minute head spa will transform your mood and you will leave feeling (and looking) like a new person. Mar has the most gentle touch and cares about your comfort and enjoyment and you can feel it! If you have any scalp issues or are just looking for a treat for yourself - this is a must!!! The new 90 min option is a game changer and includes a light facial and coffee scrub, on neck and shoulders - adding in a bit more than just your head. Definitely the perfect gift for yourself or a friend or loved one!!

It was my first time going to Mar, and let me say, it was an amazing experience ! I got the one hour Scalp Treatment with a blow out add on. From the Scalp massage to the products, I felt like a weight was lifted from my head lol my hair and Scalp felt like it had a reset. I highly recommend going to Mar. Thank you so much again ! 💓

With head spa massages being the new thing, I've been searching high and low for a place that offers this in Florida. After MONTHS of searching, I found Mar and had to make an appointment instantly. I made an hour & a half drive to see her and she checked off every single box! Everything was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, she was gentle and she made me feel sooo comfortable! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome! The communication was perfect, the scheduling was easy and the experience was 10000% worth it! The price was even better and her personality was amazing! Definitely recommend this service to anyone who likes getting their head scratched/massaged! I already have another appointment on the books for next month!

I found Mar here on google while researching hand-tied extension artists near me, from her glowing reviews I decided to go with her for my first ever extensions. She answered all of my questions prior and during the process and was reasonably priced. She even reached out to me afterwards to check how they were settling in, highly recommend her to anyone! I love my hair!

The hair cutting experience is all around great. The actual haircuts are well done and detailed. You can tell the stylist knows what she is doing and is passionate about her work. Not only that the atmosphere is amazing too; it’s very cozy, intimate and friendly. It’s one on one so you can have a conversation with the stylist, watch tv, sleep, or be on your phone, without the feeling of being judged. The stylist herself is very charismatic, skilled, and interesting. She not only does women’s hair but a variety of hairs and styles that will fit anyone. She also keeps up with you even in between appointments to make sure you are satisfied and know how to continue maintaining your hair.
