I've been going to Nicole since I moved here (2008). Listen she is the realest stylist you will ever know. She's going to be honest with you, and she's not going to do anything that is unhealthy for your hair even if you want it. I love her. Thanks for the many years of service, and many more to come.

Ms. Nicole is awesome. She so nice and professional. It really was nice to be in a hairsalon where everyone is professional. She did such a great job on my daughter hair we was very pleased. Will be returning to her again to do my daughter hair and my hair too.

Was looking to go local so I took my biracial daughter to have her hair cut, highlighted, and conditioned here. We had a meeting prior to her appointment to discuss what we wanted. Not once did the stylist ask for a pic, however she usd it as a reason for her poor service. My daughter left with dry, tangled, and bleached hair was in tears at home. I now have to pay someone else to correct this mess. The stylist did not even try to correct her mistake but sure was quick to charge for this mess. Im not a stylist but even i know this needs a toner and color. Ive NEVER left a salon where a stylist DOES NOT correct their mess or discount the price. Unprofessional and unskilled.

Arrived early with my mom and two girls. Remind you I was coming from North Austin and she told me I had to take them home because she didn’t have the room for clients family to wait. All seats were open. I left and refused to go back because that’s something that needs to be addressed to a first time client!!!

The best salon ever. Ms Nicole can whip up your hair in no time. I also love the fact that she offers early morning appointments. So if you have an event in the morning or a meeting in the morning she can get you before then. It's a great relaxed atmosphere. Great service

Vey courtious and prompt. Always tends to customer as her own(children/family). Has worked miracle-esq recovery, renovation, remodel, and maintenance sessions with all types of hair. My puerto-rican-egyptian hair wrecked from a mal-praticed dreadlock(knotty) attempt was no issue and easily "saved" in 2 weeks(1 visit)! SHOUT OUT JENNIFER JONES!
