Horrible Service, they do not know how to cut hair. FIRST AND LAST TIME i come here. To top it off after messing the haircut up you continued to cut further into the edge and no one can fix it! They tried to intimate me by staring at me thinking i was not going to say anything. I am paying so therefor i expect my service to be what I asked. Do not come here!!!!

I've been going to Hair by Tony for years, Kim has always cut my hair, she's so sweet, very reliable and has the best personality around, all I do is show her a picture of the cut I want and she gets it done, if I'm not sure she really good with suggestions, if you're looking for a great cut or hair dye talk to Kim.

Went here today and came out happy. Here's my review: 1) Cleanliness = 5 stars 2) Price = Reasonable 5 stars 3) Professional= 5 stars Please come by and ask for Anna. I believe cutting hair is her hobby and it's in her blood, she's very good at it. Highly recommended.

Bad service. Several times because it’s close to home but it never fails. They can never get the haircut the way we ask for. Today is probably the last time we go there because I do not appreciate the bad attitude the stylist gives us every time we go.

I’ve been coming to this place for years. Lisa always do what you ask her to do with your hair. I only trust her with my hair. I moved 6 years ago 1 hr away from here but I still come back because they know how to take care of their customers. I don’t mind the drive at all. Lisa, you’re awesome!

Hair By Tony- worst haircut my son has ever had. His hair is completely uneven, she shaved way too high above his ears and left marks all over his neck from the razor! I don't know how they stay in business. I am only giving one star because it will not allow me to post 0 stars. Completely unacceptable!

Pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this little gem! Just moved to Katy from SugarLand and one of my more important ME time is getting a hair wash & straighten for the work week. HA fit me in. She was sweet & friendly and did a fantastic job! She only works Sundays - but that’s okay: Sundays are when I get this done!!

Asked for a simple hair cut, still managed to butcher my hair! I asked the stylist to leave the top long because I wanted to comb my hair back, and I had let my hair grow out for over a month for that purpose, she said ok then, as if she didn’t care or listen to what I said, proceeded to cut over an inch of my hair off the top. I do Not Recommend this place.

I visited there recently for hair style/straightening for a party. Nancy did my hair, she suggested I should trim my hair, which I knew I needed one. Nancy did an amazing job, even though she just trimmed it, I got a compliment how nice it looks from back. They thought I got a new hair cut. Thank you Nancy.

I went in and a young woman cut my hair for me. I showed her 3 pictures of the LAYERS I wanted and I said I wanted NO length cut off at the bottom of my hair, just layers in the front and she took just ONE glance at it and said ok. She went in super carelessly as if she was in a hurry and started to cut chunks of my hair off and I was trusting the process even though I wanted to just get up and leave the whole time. By the time she was done, my hair was about 2 inches shorter in the back with super choppy and uneven layers in the front. Paid $25 for nothing.

They are a wonderful hair service. They are kind, welcoming, and give fantastic haircuts. I have always enjoyed my haircuts and when something is amiss they gave me a touch up with a smile. I can not recommend this hair salon enough.

This is the only place my husband will get his hair cut. He is always happy with them! I have my brows waxed here regularly and they always look amazing. Lisa did an amazing job on my hair today! I asked for bangs and layers and she did not disappoint!
