Tracie is absolutely wonderful! She is an excellent communicator. This made it easy for my son to tell her exactly what he wanted, which has been a challenge. She was very gracious and highly skilled. My son loves his hair color and cut!

She scheduled an appointment with me and when I got there she said she had no idea who I was. Instead of correcting the problem like a professional she sent me away stating she had no idea who I was. Later that day she sends me a text message!?!? If she does not know who I am how did she get my #. So on top of my day being ruined, taking time off work and driving all the way there because of her inability to manage appointments correctly, when something bad occurs she will blame the customer. I would hate to think what my hair would end up looking like if she can't even own up to her scheduling mistakes.

Got a great hair cut by Tracie Rae. I will be going back there. She listened to what I wanted and produced a great style. It had to be tweaked a little half way through I think that it was a wonderful experience.

I purchase a balayage package through Groupon. This is my third time purchasing hair package through Groupon and I have had great experience from the last 2 Hairdressers. First issue was Tracie is over a month booked out which is not a big concern because I knew with Groupon she probably have a lot of clients. When I came in for my appointment I told her the color I wanted and showed her the picture. I also expressed my main concern about some grays towards the front of my head. She immediately said that she can’t guarantee that it would turn out the way I wanted. It would basically just slightly lighten the color I currently have. ( I have dark brown hair and I wanted red balayage) I will also have to pay an extra $65 dollars for a little root touch up to cover the gray and extra fee because of the length of my hair even though I told her that I wanted 4 inches cut out of it and my hair is extremely fine. After arguing a little bit I said fine And will pay the extra fees. She then told me that we gonna have to reschedule because she didn’t have time to do the extra touch up. At this time I can tell that she didn’t really want to help me , she keeps coming up with excuses why she couldn’t t do it. I got up and said to forget it and I will try to get a refund with Groupon. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I have never been treated bad like the way she did. I know they don’t make any profit through Groupon but c’mon take it down if you’re going to treat everyone that purchase through Groupon like sh**. I will not recommend hair by tracie Ray to anyone!

I see Tracie every Sunday for a very reasonably priced wash, blow out and flat iron curls. And those of you who know..proper flat iron curls take a special technique and Tracie has it dialed in! I always feel beautiful when I leave her adorable salon🌞

My 2 daughters and I have been patrons of Tracie for about a year now. Both girls have had cuts and balayage treatments a few times now. We are consistently pleased with the beautiful results of the cuts and highlights. Results have delivered a natural sun kissed look that are the envy of their peers. Tracie is a very delightful person to deal with. Her communication is great, from scheduling to consulting of treatment options. We hope to be forever clients of hers as she is reasonably priced with top- notch results! We feel lucky to have found her!

Tracie is such a fantastic hair stylist! She definitely knows what she's doing! She's cut and highlighted my hair, and cut my daughters hair for the past 3 years. Absolutely love Tracie!!! I came to her with Fried bleached blonde hair about to fall out and she managed to save my hair! I think it's going on 3 years that I've been going to Tracie and wouldn't dream of going any where else. Truly fabulous and talented! She really tries to make sure you are happy with your color. Recently, i went from blonde highlights to dark brown all over. She followed up with me to make sure I didn't have Hair regret with such a drastic change (which i totally don't), but that's just how Tracie is. Just the sweetest person ever.

I had to call multiple times before getting a response back on when I could set up an appointment. It took her almost 3 weeks to call me back. I got the balayage treatment package and what she did to my hair is nowhere near a balayage. It looks like just highlights added to the hair framing my face. The haircut was good but I would not recommend coming to this salon for any kind of coloring.

It’s no wonder why she relies on Goupon for customers. Her customer service skills are extremely poor. I left a voicemail several days before my scheduled appointment needing to reschedule, and then called again day of. When she finally returned my phone call, she said she never got my voicemail...then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay a $45 rescheduling fee because she didn’t get my voicemail. She then said she would get back to me about an available reschedule date, and it’s been two days and no phone call. She has no website and only a facebook page. It states nowhere that there is a $45 rescheduling fee, and it’s pretty convenient to say she never received my voicemail so she can try to take $45 more. I will try returning my Groupon because this is just very poor business.
