Muna is amazing!! I've known her for about four years and she has always taken care of me whether it's eyebrow threading or haircut and color. She is an excellent listener and looks at examples of what you want. She remembers you and treats you like a friend!! She is also flexible with her schedule and I will continue to see her :)))

Felicity was my savior!!! I went to a different place where I requested something so specific that there was no room for mistakes but yet they left my hair like in the second photo.. fortunately Felicity helped me and left it like in the second photo... amazing job.. I’ve been coming to Muna for years, at first just for eyebrow threading, then for hair cuts and color. I love having a one-stop shop that is affordable and great! I went to several threading places before someone recommended Muna, and she is definitely the most gentle!

Let me start off by saying all my hair wishes came true!! Their customer service is beyond standards!! They let you know everything going on which gave me comfort. The lady in the picture Teresa gave me amazing service I love that she listened to my wants instead of offering something else that was less work! She went out her way to make sure I got the color I desired !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Definitely my new home salon!

The hairstylist had poor skills, she could not style it the way I expected. This place is clumsy and untidy. They used combs with hairs on them. This is basic hygiene which should be maintained in any salon. After a disastrous service they charged me more saying my hair was difficult to deal with. Very disappointing customer service and hairstyling.

Went in to get my brows done and got my layers cut while I waited! I was really upset with how my wolf cut was done with the previous hair stylist. And she fixed the layers for me!! She said there’s a lot of stylist that don’t know how to cut layers in long hair. It’s been a couple weeks now and I still love how the layers came out. My hair feels light and bouncy while still maintaining its length (my hair can grow down to my waist really fast) Might have to go back soon because I want bangs 🤭

I have waited for 3 months to write this review because I am so ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED AND SAD!!! I asked for a perm and to only cut 3 or 4 inches but the owner cut almost 12 inches or more! I specifically told her that my hair had not been cut for many years because of a really bad experience and PLEASE DO NOT CUT MORE!!! I sat in her salon and CRIED for two hours. It is barely shoulder length now. I paid $350 for a perm and color on the roots. My blonde hair is gone. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR!! I wake up every day sad and with tears..Dont let this happen to you…..

Muna is absolutely a AWESOME and lovely. Going to refer my friends and neice that lives in AUSTIN to cut her hair. The drive to see no matter where you live especially if you have thick, course curly, and grey white is key to making you a happy customer.

Showed photo of style I wear/wanted. Asked for shampoo & blow dry only as had an injured thumb and unable to do it myself. Shampoo was not thorough, she never lifted my head or asked me to in order to wash the neck area, she scratched my scalp with her nails, and didn’t use conditioner. After over drying my hair she ran a flat iron through it—straightening it/never asked if I wanted. Then used stiff hair spray flattening my style even more. She rushed. Didn’t listen and address my needs and my hair looked and felt dirtier afterwards.

I first came here 10 months ago for threading by Muna and I am so happy with that decision. Muna consistently does an amazing job on my eyebrows, they always look amazing after. Her price and quality cannot be beat. I see her on a regular basis for threading and once recently for a haircut and she truly does amazing work. On top of that, she is so sweet and friendly. Hair by Us is my happy place for so many reasons!

I go for eyebrows threading with Muna for more than a year now...she’s very professional and friendly, i respect her skills which is painless, accurate and elegant. I just moved to the ATX area and I needed to find a threading place for my eyebrows. I am always hesitant letting people touch my eyebrows from previous bad experiences. WOW. I came here for threading by Muna on a friend's suggestion and I was blown away. She did an amazing job on my brows and gave some really insightful suggestions on brow shape and care. The last place I got threading done made them uneven and it was just not good, but Muna fixed their mistake and did such an amazing job. I will be coming back again!
