I am well aware that these people are independent workers. I saw Laura for seven years. I finally confronted her via Facebook messenger about why she told me she began charging a deposit throughout the seven years I saw her because this was never even a thing and I wanted to come in and get my hair done and my sons as well. At any rate, she showed her true colors because (no pun intended) having a relationship with your hairstylist is just idk supposed to be special, you know? And I thought she was cool after I messaged her on Facebook wasn’t causing any problems at all and then she blocked me.. I gave her almost $400 when Her husband passed away and I had no problem doing that but now I kind of regret it. I don’t know, but in my personal opinion, charging a deposit, plus whatever you owe to get done with your hair done is a bit much. I have included the conversation between Laura and I because I honestly just wanted to see what’s up because this was never a thing in the past and then I get divorced or in the process of getting a divorce and all of a sudden there is a $50 deposit. I even had somebody else call to verify if there was in fact a $50 deposit at all if she charged a $50 deposit and I was told well, The person that called for me was told NO.

Description of Hair Care Xtras: Lovely, sophisticated, immaculate, professional, friendly, comfortable. Karmen did a superb job with my hair. I watched the other hairdressers and what they were doing. Each one did excellent work on their clients. Love!!!!

Highly recommended this place and Laura Pedigo is the absolute best! She does AMAZING work! Even if you're not sure what you want done she's great at finding what colors work best. I wanted red recently and I LOVE how it turned out. 🙃

I've been going there for the last ten years. I get my hair cut and colored and my eyebrows waxed. The service is great, I'm quite partial to Danielle. The place is clean and friendly. They also gave a nail tech and product for sale.

Laura Pedigo is the best hairdresser! She listens to what style you want & color but she is also honest enough to make suggestions (which I love)!! She on time, friendly & extremely kind!

Have been going here for 25 years. Joe, the owner, is so personable. Even when I lived 170 miles away for 14 of those years, I still drove back to Omaha every 6 weeks for Joe to cut and style my hair. Wouldn't think of letting anyone else do it.
