Desde que llegas Dili te da un trato muy humano y ni hablar del gran trabajo que realizó en mi cabello, llevo un tiempito usando extensiones pero en la mayoría de lugares no cuidan mi pelo y estaba cansada de eso, en cambio Dili trabaja con tanto amor que te das cuenta que su objetivo es el mismo que el tuyo que es cuidar tu pelo y mejorar la apariencia, creo que de ahora en adelante solo iré a verla a ella, la recomiendo al 1000

First let me just say these reviews have to be bought. No one is ever in this salon and the reason is because the owner and sole employee is never there. Impossible to make an appointment and if you by chance get one good luck if she shows up or comes hours later. Went In for hair extensions a week later they started falling out and she also cut my hair with a thinning sheer and did it way too short so i have all these short pieces bangs now. I tried to call her to see if she can fix her work for almost a week and she just keep giving me the run around and barely responding. So many good salons in Miami don’t waste your time and money on this one.

This is the most amazing salon I have ever been to! Dili has so much experience, talent, and doesn’t disappoint! Every time I come I feel welcomed and leave happy! Even if I don’t know what I want, Dili always helps and recommends what would look beautiful. She actually cares about the state of my hair and how I am feeling.

Vaya.... no sé ni por dónde empezar. Dily es una gran profesional y realmente te cuida para que consigas el cabello de tus sueños. He estado en muchos lugares en Miami y ella es la mejor sin dudas. Bought and installed my hair extensions with Dily and honestly they have lasted soo long. I’ve been with the same hair extensions for over a year and they still look beautiful. I’ve had extensions for years and every 6 months I would have to buy new hair but Dily saved me from that! Definitely recommend doing your hair extensions at Hair Charms Studio!

Wow I have to say such an amazing experience everything .!!!!! Since the moment I came in she greeted me so amazing !!! First I had seen her on Instagram and I Dm her and send her pictures as I always do with every hairstylist… but he experience was so different she asked to go see her for a consultation so she can actually see my hair… that was the first time someone ever cared to even look at my hair before throwing a price… all I can say is wow she was amazing I totally recommend her and she leaves you beautiful!!! You definitely need to book an appointment with her. She literally amazing !!! My experience was beyond amazing. As soon as I came in she treated me really good. My hair is super thick and she spent the time to make it perfect. She’s so talented in her work!!!! I highly recommend!
