Amazing job, thank you Yang! I had a total transformation from very long neglected hair, to this new fresh cut! She made me look so pretty 🫶🏼 She was very meticulous, calculating length matching on each sides, texturizing based on my puffy levels etc. It’s also very reasonably priced for a great service! I will come back, and strongly recommend!

We were good customers, left generous tips and a great review. Today we brought our son for a scheduled appointment and Van was taking another customer right at our time slot! She even told the owner who made our appointment "that's my client". Not only were they apologizetic but after we waited for 25 minutes, she didn't take us saying that her work day is about to finish in the next twenty minutes! Shameful. They are average stylists ( not cheap, blowdry is over $40!) But the customer service is a zero as they don't even keep their appointments. I suggest going somewhere else if you don't want your time wasted and you family members disrespected.

i came here last week to get a haircut, i used to live in this area and frequent this establishment so i thought i'd come back. the guy that cut my hair cut my bangs way to short and instead of saying something tried to cut more hair over it and leaving it wet as he rushed me out of the shop. My hair dries and now my bangs just stick straight in the air. They won't lay on my forehead and to try and put them back is impossible as well. very disappointing and would have had some respect if he had just been honest and apologized.

Got my hair cut here for the first time today. I almost went to the Great Clips but made a last minute switch to here. So glad I did. Everyone here is extremely friendly. Kamal did an amazing job -- better than any haircut I've ever gotten. I'll continue to come back here.

Haven't had my hair cut in a while (hair trust issues) and I really do look at the reviews. Saw that this salon had great reviews and decided to check it out. I did call to see if an appointment needed to be made, but walking in is fine. Kamal cut my hair and he was very nice and easy to talk too. They don't take credit cards, so have cash on hand but I do belive they take Zelle and Venmo. Very affordable and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend.

The gentleman who cut my hair did a really good job and was fast and professional. It's also nice that the business accepts Zelle Quick Pay as method of payment if you don't have cash on hand.

I’ve lived in Tierrasanta for over 20 years. I usually avoid these type of salons and prefer Jet Rhys. My hair along with my children’s hair is thick, dry and we a ton! People get lost in our hair. It’s extremely rare to find a person that knows our type of hair and even harder to retain them as they usually end up leaving. Well I finally decided to try this place. Omg... the owner (for cryin out loud, what is his name??!!) he does an amazing job. He truly knows how to work with our hair. My 20 yr old son doesn’t let anyone touch his hair and he loves how the owner leaves it!! I also bring my 15 yr old boy and of course my own self! He does my color. I love his work so much i even made my mom come!! In all my life i have never ever liked any of the colors she’s had until she came here! He made her look classy! I especially love that he is willing to help NEW stylist to gain more experience and get better! It’s worth “the bad haircut” as some have mentioned in the reviews. I personally l haven’t had a bad one!!! Love you guys there at Hair Club Too!!
