Carmela did a wonderful job on fixing the mess I had from previous hairdresser. My color looks fabulous, looks natural and she did an awesome job on my haircut too! Definitely my go to for hair from now on.

Beautiful hair color and cut! I am so happy with the results of my 1st visit to this salon. Carmela really listened to me and had the expertise to get great results with my color. It was exactly what I wanted! She also gave me a great precision cut. This is a friendly, laid back salon and I highly recommend their services. The hair color is from Italy and it is gorgeous!

Walked in to schedule a hair cut and change of color. I have dark brown with a LOT of grey growth. Spoke to an older lady who informed me she couldn't do "grey" because my hair is fine and "delicate " keep in mind she never even touched my hair and it was up in a pony tail. I'm 56 been every hair color under the sun. NEVER has my hair been described in that manner. This business advertises as HAIR & COLOR ....if they uncomfortable helping someone transition into grey then maybe they should tale the "color" out of their name. Very unprofessional.

AMAZING! I've never dyed my hair before and I was so nervous after my terrible past experiences with trying something new at a new salon but I am unbelievably pleased and so happy with the service, Carmela and her husband are the most adorable couple! They have so many years of experience and anyone who comes here is in great hands! I'm sad that I found such an amazing salon and now I'm moving :( but my hair came out so beautiful I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror my hair has gotten so many compliments! I can't thank Carmela enough !

Above and beyond satisfied...from the initial phone call when I made my appointment with one of the owners, Tony, to the beautiful low lights and cut, with attention to detail from my hair stylist, Carmella. Initially when I called, it was more than refreshing to have the phone answered and not sent to voice mail. Tony took the time to ask questions about my hair texture, if I was growing out highlights or needed to update color. With his recommendation he was able to schedule me appropriately. Carmella and I talked about what I was hoping to achieve with my salon visit. She is a great listener, and creates a beautiful version of her clients. I never felt rushed, and their warm, friendly, conversation was appreciated. I am happy to say I will definitely be making another appointment. It is very apparent Hair & Color Specialists love what they do!

Excellent salon!! Just moved to town and needed a new salon. I read reviews and thought I would give it a try. So glad I did. Carmela did a wonderful job on my haircut and highlights. She listened to what I wanted and created a beautiful new haircut. Her attention to detail is admired. highlights are very complimentary. Not overprocessed, which is a plus for someone with fine hair. Highly recommend!!!

I called to find out about color correction and was talked to like I was stupid and advised the colorist couldn’t do what I was asking? How would they know without seeing my hair? Talk about unprofessional!!! Glad I didn’t make an appointment or support the business. Get some custom service skills for your phone person!!

I had used another salon to have my hair cut and colored before finding Hair & Color Specialists . The salon I used before did a really bad job at coloring my hair, it came out way too dark. I’m so glad I found Carmela. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease with what she could do to help lighten my hair up. We decided on highlights that turned out beautifully and really helped my hair look much lighter. I would absolutely recommend Hair & Color Specialists. .

I have been seeing Betty for over five years. She helped me love my long layered and colored hair. Recently when I decided I wanted to cut my hair short and let the gray come in, she was AMAZING. She gave me a pixie cut and I absolutely love it. The owners of this business and other stylists are ALWAYS loving and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.

I showed up at the salon a hot mess after a home highlight job went disastrous, Carmela took the time to assess the "damage" right then and then made time for me the same day to fix my mess before my flight out of town the following day. She is truly an angel and a miracle worker. My hair looks great and feels better than it has in a couple of years! I won't go Anywhere else again! She had three colors to fix and she truly knows what she is doing with color. Amazing 👏

I've been a client for 17 years and feel that says a lot when considering a salon. I've been styled by Tony, Carmela and now Betty. They are all very good at their profession and bring confidence and care to the table when working with you. Having to sit for hours isn't the easiest thing to do, as you probably know, so being in a pleasant space with wonderful, kind and friendly professionals around you make it so much easier!

I have been a client for about 18 years, and absolutely love everything about this Salon. Tony and Carmela, the owners, are amazing and incredibly talented. I have very thick hair which requires extra time and patience. I am also very particular about my hair and wear it straight, naturally curly or loosely curled, and I always leave with a perfect cut to allow me to do it all. Whenever I want to consider something different, cut or color, they always spend time with me discussing and provide honest feedback. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

This place is outstanding! Professional - knowledgeable - and the staff is so caring! I have come to love and trust all of the stylists here! Many years ago I had another hair dresser do me wrong and I was afraid for years! Then I found Hair and Color. Tony and his girls are so good. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony and Carmela and the amazing work they do at this salon! After having an at home dye catastrophe they were able to take me in right away, Carmela discussed several options with me and not only fixed the problem, but has my hair looking better than it ever has. She is truly a gem and I am so thankful for her! If you are looking to have your hair done by true experts in the field, this is the place for you. They have been in business for over 30 years for good reason. From the edgy cuts that Tony gave me as a teenager 30 years ago to the more traditional styles, they can do it all.
