Norma was absolutely AMAZING! The price the techniques and how she listened to how my son wanted it , priceless. Weve been looking for a solid hairstylist since his first perm in October. Been coming here for 5 years, always do an amazing job! Really helps if you have a photo(s) referencing what kind of hair cut you want. Mariana and Veronica are my go to, usually Veronica is booked up or on vacation when I need to get my hair cut (my fault cause I usually go ever 3-6 months lmao) but Mariana did an amazing job last time, exactly what I wanted and exactly how the photos looked.

I love norma she is really good cutting hair she really know what she doing. Since i moved here i have hard time to find a good hair stylist and so happy I found here. I take my 15 and 19 yrs and and usually there so picky but they end up loving their hair. She is very passionate about her job. She is really the best i recommend her to anybody. We found our stylist.👍

After visiting my Dermatology and concern about my hair breaking and falling she suggested a special non- ammonia hair color. So hair Concept was the only salon that would accept me bring the color and applying it on my scalp. I'm so grateful to find such caring human beings such as Erika and Ms Ruth for accommodating me. I had tried to call around to some places close by me on my errand run and everywhere was booked or refused to take walk ins. This place isn't far from my way home so decided I would give them a try and happy I did. No one was there, which gave me a bit of worry at that moment but also made me happy I didn't have to wait. The lady who took me asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted my hair cut a little bit below shoulder length (about an inch below the shoulders) and layers added. I don't know any particular names for hair styles but she did it how I like it. It came out perfect. Feel bad I didn't ask for her name but my reciept had the name Veronica on it. Place was super clean, spacious and looks very well kept. If you don't want to be stuck without a place to go or hate having to set an appointment, go here. Glad I gave them a chance and hope to come here for my future cuts. I tend to have a very unpredictable and tight schedule so this situation worked out perfectly for me.

So today I looked up hair salons that didn’t need appointments and came across Hair Concepts off Marbach, met up with my Hair Stylist Karla who I had looked up from other good reviews so I knew I wanted her to cut my hair, she cut and styled my hair to perfection I love it, she is amazing, sweet, friendly, easy to talk to, I most will visit her again, come by and see her and the other hair stylist there you will love them. Tried to change hairstylist, due to being cancelled last minute. for someone that was being charged more than myself. Then after that person cancelled. Then I get a phone call to go back. But since I had a party had to color myself. So I wanted to change to another hairstylist was happy. Until I got a phone call that I had to go back to original hairstylist or I couldn't go back.... Marianna is a sweet person. I recommend her. & Vero, Norma. I recommend these ladies. Be careful.

Yesterday September 23th 2023.. I had an appointment with Mariana at 1:00 pm in Hair Concepts Beautty salon. But let me tell you that the last 2 times, she has not done a good job. Yesterday I asked for high lights so..she put bleach and colors like 3 or 4 times because the color she got was orange, dark orange again or like green! and my head was burned and cut! and my hair is totally damage now ! Even I had a hard pain every time she put me again and again bleach and colors! My head hurt and burned and I had a pain in my chest and my hands were shaking because the bleach and color she still putting me every time!!…She gave me thousands of excuses to put me again bleach and color and bleach again because she didn’t get the high lights! The result was orange and different color again! And She said my head was burn because I didn’t wash my hair the day before, because my dark root, my sensible skin, etcétera! and she told me She was nervous because I said I was hurt!!!… she asked me for$120.00 because she said this “was a high lights!!???…and I gave her 100!! She was mad because the 100.00 dollars I gave her and told me: ok! 100 dollars and until here!!! “”I should’ve not paid her anything!” But I did it! … You can see my pictures I put here with my damage hair and cut skin and damage hair with yellow colors and orange!! My hair has fallen out!!..””She stop working at 5:20 pm with me since 1:00 pm!! for nathing!! Only my hair is damage with different colors and my head is burned!!…I’m thinking if she has a license to work! she doesn’t do a good job now. She’s a bad worker! And even she asked me when I wanted to come back to “repair again? The color!???.. no thank you!

love love LOVEEEE!! did not disappoint!! took 2 appointments & so ab 9 hrs total bc my hair needed a lot of bleaching. took her time to get me amazing results, literally made my dream come true, i get compliments anywhere i go. will definitely be coming back
