Top notch salon in the whole state of Virginia! James is the most talented color and style professional I have ever met! Every time he does my color and cut, I leave the salon looking and feeling like a celebrity! His work is incredible! He has years of education and experience that is so valuable when you are looking for an experienced master stylist. He takes time with each of his clients to discuss their hair needs. If you are looking for color, James is the best- He is a color genius! His color formulas are truly a work of art! Wannie and James are the most generous, kind, compassionate, beautiful, and talented individuals with such attention to detail, their work is in a league of its own. Top notch customer service and care, you will feel like a million bucks when you leave the salon- make sure you plan on going out on the town after getting your hair done, because you will look and feel amazing!

I have such a heart for this salon. My daughter was taken in by the sweet owners and offered an apprentice position out of high school. They gace her great instruction and really pushed her. Its a darling family run salon and you can feel the heart of the people when you go. If your in haygood bayside this a great place to get your hair done.

I've gotten my hair done by Lexie numerous times and she is so incredibly talented! I could go to her and let her do whatever she wants to my hair and I would still love the outcome. She's very honest and wants nothing but the best for your hair. The salon is accompanied by a super friendly experienced staff.

Lexie S did my hair the other day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She listened to what I wanted, told me realistically what could be done and the price range we were working with and was just a sweet heart. She corrected my box colored dark hair into a beautiful burgundy with pink and purple peek a boo highlights and I couldn't love my hair more. Definitely a 5 star shop in cleanliness, customer care and attentiveness, and a 5 star experience with Lexie. She made me feel important and any concern I had she took into consideration. Will be back for sure!

the atmosphere was chic and clean. the owners are a darn hoot, and the stylists are polite and know what they are doing! i got a trim from a cosmetology student there and she did a perfect job, which shows how good the rest of the staff are. i'm heading back for coloring soon, and i can't wait! best salon in the 757.

I considered going here until I was informed this past week that they no longer tend to mens hair cuts, but this was not until after I told them I was African American and asked if they knew how to cut my texture of hair. However, when I called back in august I believe I was nicely greeted over the phone and the excuse then was the guy is booked. My question is.. Is he the only who works there? If not, your telling me nobody else cuts hair? Very disappointed with all of this.
