Made an appointment for a simple haircut on the same day, and was serviced right on time. No wait! Hair Cuts at The Palms has incredible service and hospitality with such kind and talented stylists! Highly recommend.

La señora que me recibió y atendió fue muy amable pero a la hora de hacerme las cejas, me dejó un hueco tipo montaña rusa, las cejas cero parejas, solo fue cera y pagué $25.00!!! Saliendo de este lugar tuve que ir donde a otro salón de profesionales que me arreglaran pues me iba de vacaciones y ni loca me iría así. Dónde estos hicieron lo que pudieron para no dejarme sin cejas 😔 y que quedara medio decente . La primera foto es como me dejaron y la segunda lo que se pudo recuperar ; también pagué muchísimo menos.

i initially visited this salon looking for a good haircut for my 15 year old son who likes to wear it long and we were very impressed and happy with the results from Dina who is patient and listens well. She cut it just as he likes it !!! We recommend her 100% I then made an appointment with Claudina for my roots and cut and i too was very pleased with her work . She pays attention to detail , also would recommend her 100%! The Hair Cuts at the Palms is well kept , clean and comfortable in a great location at The Palms (Town & Country )

After an underwhelming curly cut at another salon, a friend referred me to Claudina. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She gave her suggestions, respected the length I wanted to keep (curly hair people know what I mean) and provided a great cut. Thank you Claudina!

The girl decided she was gonna cut my hair the way SHE wanted and went WAY TOO HIGH UP on my neckline. I am still trying to fix it the way I had it 3 months later. Have not and Will NOT go back here.

They left my girl looking like a million bucks 10/10 would recommend. Had to wait a bit but that's expected worth the wait. Claudine was super knowledgeable and sweet.

This place is awesome. The hairdressers are super nice and services are well priced. Dina cut my hair and I'm so happy with it, she was very communicative and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will coming back in the future!

On 6/17 at 7:08 PM I opened the door, walked in, and stood at the front desk for a few minutes. There were no other customers in the salon. Only, a blonde lady who was dressed as a hairdresser. From where she was sitting, she could see me and probably heard the door open, considering that there is a bell. But, she was too busy chatting with another person who was behind the wall in the back, most probably a colleague. Because she didn't even acknowledge my presence, and her chat was more important, I simply left. No, not going back!

Walked inside and the atmosphere was very fitting and comfortable. I went inside to dye/bleach my hair a lighter color and they did an amazing job. It was mainly Claudine and Elda, they were the sweetest people there as well as this other lady (sorry I couldn't catch your name haha!) Even though my hair was very dark, they were able to maintain it with patience and dedication. I was extremely satisfied with the results in the end. They also offered if you wanted anything, and were so understanding. Loved them a lot for that. You have to come here to check it out, it's very nice. They would also attend those who would come in at aid so there wasn't a time period in order to wait. Thank you soooo much!! <3 - Jasmine
