I heard about Hair Cuts Salon from a new friend, Marlene. In her review of the salon, she had mentioned that the hairstylist Rosy really listened to what she wanted and delivered. That appealed to me so I made an appointment. The salon is in a little strip mall. It's not fancy but it is clean. Rosy is so kind and very talented. She listened to what I asked for, she asked questions and she even customized different parts of my hairstyle to suit me. The price is great too! My hair looks amazing. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Rosy! And thank you Marlene for referring me!

Haircuts is a small shop just off of waters ave with talented husband and wife who take their time to understand what you're looking for, my kids, mom and I all love them and have now been coming here for years. My sister told me about Rosy when I was looking to get an affordable curly cut, and even though I no longer get the curly cut I always leave super happy with my results.

I highly recommend booking your haircut appointment at this amazing salon. The owner is so sweet, and talented. I'm from Ontario, Canada and went there to spend the holidays with my family and had the pleasure to meet Rosy the owner and got a spectacular haircut. Do not hesitate and book your appointment.

Best place in town for your hair omigod Rosie does hair miracles. Rosie and Manny run the place they're amazing individuals. If you haven't tried them maybe you should I've been going for years my hair is long healthy and everyone tells me how gorgeous it really is. I love you Manny and Rosie keep up the good work.

Rosie is absolutely the best hair styler around. She is professional and extremely affordable. Highly recommend this place. My daughter and I drive 45 minutes to see her. Manny is excellent also.
