I have been going to this salon for a while, yesterday was my second time with Tiffany and I was excited because the first time she had done a good job, this time she cut my hair so short that I can't even do a low ponytail without the hair at the bottom coming out, and the worst thing is that it's not even cut evenly, the neck part is shorter than the top.

Butchered my hair today. I called ahead of time and asked if there was anyone who knew how to work with curly hair. Was told yes, and so I booked with that person. I’m choosing not to name this person because I don’t see any good in that, but I do want to share my experience. When I got to my appointment it was very clear to me that she did not know how to work with curly hair, but against my better judgment I chose not to assume that she could not do it. My hair is no choppy, extremely uneven, and WAY shorter than what I asked for. She cut my hair wet, not dry (which if you know curly hair, is a big no-no). I tried making interjections but she insisted that she couldn’t do what I wanted or that it would be better her way. I showed her reference photos before hand, but she clearly didn’t consider them. It felt like she was rushing the entire time. I spent years growing out my hair and I feel extremely disheartened to have so much of it gone.

I recently had an appointment with Courtney for a root touch-up and gloss, and she did a fabulous job! She paid close attention to detail, ensuring the color blended seamlessly, and the gloss left my hair looking shiny and vibrant. Just got my hair touchup, cut, conditioned and blow dried by Jesse last monday! and I am soo glad he had the availability to help my hair out! They had grown soo long and unhealthy! He is originally my husbands air dresser, but can truly work with any kind of hair! Had a great experience as usual! way to go!

My mom and I went for a haircut here and I do want to say Courtney did great on mine. But Haya absolutely botched my mother’s hair. She asked for her haircut length to be brushing her shoulder. Instead she went straight to cutting her hair at ears length, my mom specifically said do not cut to the ear. My mom’s hair was to the middle of her back, we both have never seen someone not start longer and cut shorter as requested. She didn’t even confirm the length before cutting, just cut to the ear on first cut as if she was in a rush. Very unprofessional, and upsetting to my mother because we have a big event coming up this week. Please do not go to Haya.

Jesse Luis cut my hair quickly and did a great job. If I had one objection, it’d be the price. 28$ for a men’s haircut is pretty steep.

This review is ONLY for one of the workers, Courtney Taylor. I'm fairly certain she is new and she has no idea what she's doing. She right away started cutting and I asked, "so.. don't you usually wet it or not everytime?" And she legitimately said, "I forgot," Incredibly slow. And bad at cutting so it's not even worth it. I felt like I had to guide her with everything and I'm going to attach a photo of my cut. She also had no idea how to use clippers. In the photo that's my hair after her using the 1 clipper.

Watch what you are being charged for! I was added a brow wax and a tip on my bill - the stylist who did my hair kept acting like she didn't know what she was doing when checking me out (she did this to another lady before me) and kept telling me to just tap my card over and over. She added a $13 service I didn't receive and kept turning down when she was trying to do it for me (eye brow wax). Then added a $13.75 tip when I tipped her 25% of my scheduled and completed services in cash! I have reached out to them 3 times and cannot get any answers on getting a refund. This place needs to be audited on their cosmetology licenses - I've never seen so many rude and bad hair stylist when watching others receiving services. I should have listened to my gut and walked out right away.

I got my haircut today by Courtney ( pink hair). She did an amazing job. Her customer service skills were on point. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Courtney also educated me on how many time to wash my hair . I was washing it everyday lol. I went in with a 4 year old home dye job. Then ends were to my waist and hair had gotten thinner with age. She cut all the dyed hair off, put in layer and framed layers around my face. I got so many compliments before I got home. My teenage daughter even said “ Mommy it looks so good and you look so naturally beautiful with that cut. Thank you so much Courtney. I Appreciate the time you took to make me feel like a priority. I will definitely see you in 8 weeks for a touch up.

What a great place ! Everyone is always friendly and it’s very laid back. I never fail to see someone I know when I am there so it’s clear that they do a great job. Jess has done my hair for just over two years. She’s great ! Shes taken me from dark to light and fixed any hare brained ideas I had in between ( pun intended :) Great spot

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE HATEFUL OLD ASIAN LADY CUT MY THROAT! AND CHARGED $35... UNACCEPTABLE. I hate it for the better hair stylists here but the older Asian lady is horrible! I could tell it wasn't going to be good from the get go by her attitude. The haircut was mediocre at best but the "beard trim" was a joke! She was just trying to get finished with my hair like it was a race. There were chairs empty and nobody waiting. She was in such a hurry she did a shorty job and James the trimmers in to my neck. She said "oh, sorry" then got some baby powder on a towel and danged it and said "it ok, put some baby powder on it." Zero remorse or care that she just cut my neck all to pieces. THEN SURE CHARGED ME $35 FOR WHAT SHE DID.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. I went to trim my hair, my sister explained very well how we wanted the cut, she even showed who (she passed the razor to my twin sister) what the cut was like. Summary the woman who said she was from Syria (she didn't tell me her name) left me in such a mess that I had to get up from my chair and say am done, enough is enough. Manager take care about this terrible issue. Why do they have people who don't even know how to handle scissors?

Tiffany was great and friendly. She listened to my concerns and provided options and we agreed on what to do. She gave me tips on how to use hair care products. I will visit her again.
