5 stars for the lovely Erica Williams. She has been doing my hair for years. She is talented, takes her time, polite, respectful and does amazing work. She specializes in haircuts and hair color. She is amzing !!! When I went in for my last appointment the other employee's just sit around and STARE. Every time Erica would spin my chair they would be staring me down; one lady was the manager had glasses, actually made me very uncomfortable . Otherwise great experience with Erica :):)

Cat did a fantastic hand-painted balayage. Tbh, I always get this done at a boutique hair salon but needed to make a last minute appointment and everywhere was booking weeks/months out. The experience at 5th Street Extended HC was great, thank you so much!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Lisa is fantastic and the best stylist I’ve had cut my hair, EVER. Try to book with her if you can, but honestly all the folks in this Hair Cuttery are great so you can’t go wrong. I’ve also had Justine cut my hair several times - she’s so nice and also great to work with! Monique performed a miracle by fixing a really bad dye job I got from another hair salon just a few days before my wedding, so she’s obviously brilliant as well! I’ll always be grateful to these ladies!

I came in to get my roots bleached and the whole thing toned since I had a convention to attend that weekend, and it was a dream. The place is clean (next to godliness, clean), and the atmosphere was cool and comfortable. Erica was my stylist for the day, and she's amazing! She was super patient with me, and she's really good at picking up and adjusting to how much a client wants to talk. That might sound weird, but my conversational skills will fluctuate a lot over the time it takes to color my hair, so this is highest praise, I swear. She was also really gentle with my sensitive scalp, and in the end, I walked out with probably the best color I've seen in my hair in a long time. I usually do my own hair, so I don't know when I'll be back, but this was undeniably a 5/5 experience. Thanks, guys!

Each time you walk in there’s only one person on the floor working. No greetings or time regards even if it’s 20min past your appointment. Same experience the only two or three times I’ve been. Sticking to the drive to Zions-Crossroads if you want a Hair Cuttery Experience.

Erica is a great stylist to see as a first time client. She took her time listening to my particular hair needs (because I have lots of "cowlicks"), which work well when you have a great stylist; and a nightmare if they don't understand She also heard me when I changed up how I wanted the hair around my ears and neck cut. She totally understood my "not being able to describe" what I wanted. I was thrilled with the outcome. Though I don't need my hair cut often, I will be returning to Erica. I have gone to Irene at Hair Cuttery for years, and nobody can do my hair like her. Throughout the years life has had some changes and at times I've had to go to another stylist, and I can honestly say that nobody colors, or cuts my hair like Irene. She is professional, talented and up to date on the new styles and color. Go see her and you won't be disappointed!

This is easily the location of the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had at a barber shop. My wife and I took our 3 year old son to get his haircut. We let Irene know how to we want it cut. No problem. While Irene is cutting his hair, my wife and I are a few feet away observing like most parents do. I keep seeing her stop and stare at me like I’m doing something wrong. A few minutes go by and she said she needs me to go away because people need to walk by. Mind you, this barbershop only had one other customer and he was in the chair actively getting a haircut. No one even walked by while I was sitting back at the waiting area. Also, the haircut turned out very subpar compared to what he usually gets at his usual barbershop. I will never go here again. If you want a cheaper haircut with a lower chance of awkwardness then just go to K.S. Studio by Best Buy.

Went there for a quick cut, asked for a haircut with a picture which admittedly had hair coarser than mine, and got something completely different!! I wanted a short cut on the more medium length side with a middle part and a slight length gradient (shortening as it went closer to my neck), but I was given a side part with half my head shaved off and some hairspray to keep my hair going the direction it did not want to go in. I now have an awful choppy cutoff that looks like a rugged bowlcut. I even told them that they weren’t doing what I wanted midway through the cut and they told me that they were right and my worries were for nothing. Very unhappy about this and will not be returning.
