I'm not a fussy hair guy and I was searching to find a person who could make the process easy and make me look good (aka 10 years younger). My mother recommended her and that's usually good enough for me. Kristal at Hair Cuttery is a great stylist. So what does that mean; she gives you a great cut, she's so easy to talk to, she's very fast, just a lovely talented woman. AND, at least for now, it's relatively easy to get an appointment, but not for long.

Registered for a shampoo, cut only online for my pre-teen child. I was charged extra for a long hair fee. No one told me at check in and there's no price sign on display either. They said at check out the sign is at each station, but it's a small card hanging at the bottom, well below eye level. Also, told the stylist no blow dry (in addition to setting an a wash, cut only appointment online) but she did it anyway, so was then charged extra for that too. I was expecting a $28 cut and was instead charged $55.

Makayla trimmed my bob and left the left side longer than the right. I pointed that out to her and she appeared to be fixing it, but the left is still longer than the right. I won't let her cut my hair again.

Gave them 2 chances, and each time had the worst haircut I have ever seen. Took the man about 4 minutes to make me look 10 times worse than I did before. Will take months to grow this out. Go anywhere else.

I took my daughter in for a simple trim, and the hair stylist butchered her hair. He seemed unsure of how to cut hair. I didn't notice how uneven her hair was until after we had left. We ended up walking back over and the assistant manager thankfully fixed her hair. After reading other Google reviews, I've noticed other people have had problems with this stylist.....

I was soo unhappy with my hair , came in and Rakeem was absolutely amazing, he genuinely cared about the health of my hair, I did not even have to say too much he just did his thing and I could not be happier!

Redken (I apologize for the misspelling) was the best hair colorist I have ever had. He did full higihlights and matched it with my current highlights. He was so professional and I love the color. I went in scared based on the previous reviews of Hair Cuttery but I can honestly say this has been the best experience I have ever had. He also did a hair treatment to ensure my hair wasn’t totally destroyed from the hair coloring process. I also did a hair cut. Highly recommend and would visit again.

Granndaughter recent cut was not as requested. Had to go to another stylist to get it fixed with the cut requested. Would not return. Need stylists who are professional. As per the owner message below we submitted pics of the requested cut and what she got. Store refused any adjustment since pic was of back of hair. That was the issue. She requested that the back was feathered not chopped. Review still stands.

The staff were able to squeeze my grandson in for a much needed haircut, despite being very busy and without a lunch break yet. They were all very friendly and he looked fabulous.

"What a nightmare! I booked an appointment at the salon for a simple layered haircut, but they mixed me up with another client and blamed me for being a no-show. The stylists all seemed young and inexperienced, and I should have trusted my gut and left. The male stylist who ended up cutting my hair barely spoke and never introduced himself, he seemed unsure of basic layering techniques and didn't grasp what I wanted despite showing him pictures. After an hour of slow cuts, and multiple instructions on what I wanted, he'd only managed a bit of length and one awful, unblended layer. Frustrated, I told him I could have done this myself, and he snarkily agreed! It got worse - the other stylists were busy dyeing each other's hair rather than attending to customers. I finally cut him off, told him he had no idea what he was doing, and left with my hair wet and half-chopped. Now I need to find someone experienced to fix this mess tomorrow. I'll never go back to a Hair Cuttery again!"
