It may be a little far to go compared to other locations, but they've always done a great job cutting my hair. Friendly people too.

My husband brought our bi-racial son here and his haircut is so bad. It took the stylist one hour to cut his hair. He doesn’t have that much hair and he is used to getting haircuts. It was so bad when she asked my husband how’s that he said it’s been an hour they need to go! The sad part- you can’t even tell the poor guy got a haircut! She barely took anything off the top. Poor guy says he has an ugly haircut and picture day is tomorrow. Now we have to scramble and find another place that’s comfortable with biracial hair on short notice. Never again!

I enjoy the central location and ability to schedule online for the stylist and time I want. I alway get a consistently professional haircut, and they take the time to ensure I am satisfied. I enjoy that they give me advice on the style and cut I requested and ensure that it works with my thick but thinning hair. They stylists here are always pleasant, and I really enjoy the conversations I have with my stylist.

Allison cuts my whole family's hair and is so sweet and does an amazing job! We always get appointments for the exact time we need! They've also been able to squeeze us in quickly when we didn't have an appointment which is awesome! Highly recommend HC and Allison!!

Haley has been great with my 12 year old son’s hair. He has been to her 3 times now and she consistently styles it as he requests, and has excellent input as to what would best suit his hair texture (super straight and can get cowlicky when cut too short). He’s in his long-hair era, pining away for a wolf cut (aka modern day mullet). Haley is helping get his hair where it needs to be for his desired look. No pictures as dictated by the 12 year old. You’ll just have to take my word for it. Highly recommend her!

I booked an appointment for my son to have a shampoo and haircut. When we checked in, I told the lady that I wanted him to have a haircut and shampoo. She took him to the chair, cut his hair, asked him.( a child) if he wanted the shampoo and him not knowing the difference because he’s a kid just said whatever is easier. We went to check out and I said so we’re only paying for the haircut right? Because that’s the only service you did. She said no I would have to pay for both. The other three workers that were standing next to the counter did absolutely nothing to help the situation, and they all knew I was very upset, and disgusted. Is this how you treat your customers? What kind of customer service is that? Is that the way to run a business?

I went to hair cuttery to get a haircut and was booked with Haley! I was telling her while she was cutting my hair how I wanted to get a perm but was too anxious too. Well turns out she loves doing perms! So I booked with her to get a perm, and she eased all of my anxiety. Haley absolutely captured every aspect of what I thought in my head I wanted. It turned out FANTASTIC, and I’m so thankful Haley helped me with this. What a confidence boost this gave me! Everyone in the salon was super sweet as well!!

My boyfriend went to Hair Cuttery and Tiffany spent 3 and a half hours on him to get his hair how he wanted!! He has long thick hair and she took the time to make sure it was lightened properly. He is so happy with it :)

Second time I’ve been here and charged for services I didn’t receive. I wanted to wash, cut, and style and didn’t get the wash (the best part) but still got charged for it. I showed her pictures and she styled it her own way instead of what I wanted

They did an amazing job for an amazing price!! The stylist that did my hair (Taylor) managed to fit in blow drying my hair even when we thought we wouldnt have time, she was very kind and is clearly very talented, will be returning 👏👏👏

They've gone to online appointments only - or at least mostly. They don't keep the staff on to accommodate walk-ins anymore.

Walked in with my family. Wanted to do 4 haircuts which is a lot for walk in, completely understandable. But I tried anyway. Ha! Mistake because it immediately made the lady who greeted us mad. At a max we just wanted to at least get my hubby and son’s hair cut. So two max. There were two employees chilling and another waiting on her patients hair dye or what not. The lady that greeted us seemed very irritated even with just two cuts and said they can only do one. So! We are at great clips. I recommend this place. It’s over by perfectly franks and has nicer, ready to help/work staff. We were taken care of immediately. EVEN though they were busy!! Go to great clips! I like the prices too. :)
