The lady with all of the face piercings is so ridiculously rude!! The dirty looks she was giving me as I was describing how I needed my hair cut were completely unacceptable and unwarranted. Furthermore, I don’t know why Joshua Ray is so hard to say, but she got it wrong four times, after I corrected her every time. Won’t be back to this location!! EVER!!!

We went in for my sons haircut. It was extremely uneven and cut too short. When I addressed it and showed where it was uneven Gabrielle said to the stylist take more off. I said no we don’t want it to be shorter we just want it to be even. She scoffs and laughs and when I ask her name proceeds to say she isn’t doing anything and she is allowed to smile. There is a very big difference between a smile and a scoff laugh. To engage in an argument with a customer and then say well I am not in charge is unprofessional and lacks integrity. I have been using this place for at least 6 years. The treatment and cut where horrible. I will not be visiting here again and I will be calling management.

Don't be in a hurry. Cuts are good. Wait times need improvement. We had issues with the online check in- we called and they told us to download and check in on the app and come at 630. We came at 630 and they told us to come back about 730. Sitting wait times are often longer than quoted as well.

Awful, I asked for a simple trim for my slit ended like three times. They were incredibly rough washing my hair, and when I asked for a few layer to them it was make my hair all uneven in different places. They added $10 charge fee for the length of my hair and my hair isn't even that long. I told them how I was growing it out. They took way more off than I asked for. If I could I wouldn't even give them one star!!!!!!

Guys: worst haircut ever. Even had pictures of how I like my hair to be cut. Over the course of more than 45 minutes, she messed up a simple military cut. Guess I'll let it grow out for the next 3 months after how much she took off

I cannot believe this lady is the manager Pat the Rat she has a foul mouth very argumentative very unprofessional, the worse Hair cuttery ive ever been to its a shame this area doesnt have many salons but i will not spend my money on horrible customer service i'd rather travel to get the service i deserve

The manager PAT is the worse!!!!! The way she talks to her staff especially in front of clients is belittling, unprofessional, and just awful! I did not only witness this on one occasion I WAS a regular client to this particular store but never again because of PAT. I have seen her yell at her staff question their every step as the young lady is doing my hair, she actually told the girl NOT to base my scalp for a relaxer, not knowing that I have a very sensitive scalp!!!! These are not the traits of a good manager and neither is her appearance I should not be able to see her leopard tattoo on her...well let's just say her crack was exposed as well.
