Showed the lady multiple photos said multiple times mid taper fade on juat the sides to like skin to hair fade on sideburns and back. This lady told me no and how thats to short even tho it my hair, asked how much i want if the top i say half an inch she says no that's to short then proceeds to cut my hair as if i where her own child. Took a 2 guard and just did a full circle around my head never even faded just squared my side burns to all one length then instead of 1 inch more like she cut off 4. Then i tell her to please take into account my hair gets wavy and curly and how i really like when my hair does that so please dont take to much off she has the audacity to say my hair is flat and i dont know what im talking about. Also turned me around and while i wasnt facing mirror grabbed thinning scissors and starts going to town, i never asked for that. Thankfully i told her how poor of a job she did she said sorry and let me leave for free. Even if she wanted money i wouldve laughed at her face and ran off. But great now my hair i have been growing out for 2 years is ruined all because some lady cant do a hair cut that's outside of what she did in her highschool classes back in 1976. Dont even get me started on how un even it is so many parts she cut one length but then just blanked out and forgot to do the other side. My left side of my hair is longer than the right. Also nice getting home and getting joked on by ur own family

My daughter and husband both got shampoo, cut, and blow dry. We were able to walk right in and be taken care of immediately. Great service! Highly recommend!!

Extremely disturbed with the way the manager (Debbie) handled my sister in laws complaint. My sister is extremely soft spoken and had went in originally for a perm. She returned home in tears. Her hair was not permed with the correct rods for her hair type, they did not cut her post rinse & then proceeded to thoroughly ruin the perm futher by adding wads of gel product throughout her hair. When she returned the following day the manager (Debbie) informed her due to the gel one of her stylists put in her hair they could not “fix” the perm. Additionally she wet her hair to cut which is, as we all know, a perm NONO to wet before 48 hours in order to cut it. On top of that she charged her to do the cut and then guilted my sister into buying shampoo and conditioner as if this would somehow magically fix the disaster this salon did to her hair. I expect a phone call from someone in charge to properly address and try to rectify this clear issue and refund my sister the almost $200 total over the 2 appointments she wasted. So sad that someone could take advantage of someone soft spoken. Shame on this salon.

Debbie is the perfect hairstylist! 100% Satisfied with my color, And haircut. I’m a platinum blonde almost completely white in my hair. Turns out beautiful every time. I would recommend Debbie. I would recommend this hair salon.

I came here as a walk-in today to get a silk press. Kya did an amazing job on my hair and was SO friendly!!! The shop atmosphere was awesome and felt so relaxing after a stressful weekend. Can’t wait to see her for my next treatment

I got my hair cut and dyed here, Everyone seems so patient and kind and I really appreciated it. I was able to leave feeling a little more comfortable in my skin. 10/10 recommend getting your hair cut,dyed or styled here. You will be in good hands here, I can feel it is a safe space. Even as an incredibly anxious and unsocialized person, I’d highly recommend!

I booked an appt with Debbie and she did not disappoint. I haven't got my hair cut inalmost four years,so I was quit scared.She did amazing and it only took roughly 30 minutes. I did the big chop and didn't have time to get a blowout due to my own fault.After I got home and blew my hair out I was so pleased.Hair turned out so perfect! I will definitely be coming back.

I went in for a perm and Kya did an amazing job!! The place is well kept and has the best friendly atmosphere I have experienced in a salon since being in Virginia and I have went to my fair share of them. I will continue to return to this location and Kya for all of my hair care needs while we are stationed here!! They have a great team!! Thank you ladies!

Update: Sharon worked on my husband's hair today and she is AMAZING!!! This place is always satisfactory. Great place. I've very long & thick straight Asian hair, got nice layers into it to help frame my face. I'd recommend it here. Definitely coming back.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!! Why? Starting off, the lady cutting my hair sadly didn't know how to cut culry hair. Mind you, I have long curly hair, and wanted to cut it short but not too short. While she was cutting my hair she was brushing it out completely DRY. Now people with culry hair know that you aren't supposed to comb curly hair dry. When she was done my hair was completely not how I wanted it. It was to my shoulders and was very puffy. Soon she said that she was charging me full price, without even washing my hair. She then washed my hair and left it soaking wet when I left. Moral of the story, if you have curly hair do not come here!!!!

Debbie gave my daughter the best cut ever! She made her first professional haircut/salon experience one to remember! She also taught her how to easily achieve her desired look. Can't wait to go back and see her!

Decide it was time for a change up. Went and had my hair dyed for the first time ever so was super nervous plus I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but Sharon was amazing! She made sure I had color options and even brought out samples to match my complexion. I cannot rant enough about her! You can really tell how much she loves what she does by the way she treats her customers! She stopped serval times throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied and happy with results. Thank you Sharon! You have a new permanent customer!

Extremely disappointed. I've been exclusively going to haircuttery any time I needed a hair cut. I had been growing my hair out and enjoying it, however it needed a trim and I figured I'd just do a different style but still somewhat long. I showed a picture to the hair stylist and she said no problem. She cuts my hair and when I stand up to get it washed I finally see she's cut it all off. At this point there wasn't anything else to say. I was so upset I just stopped talking and figured I better just finish the cut and leave. I will NEVER go back to a haircuttery again in my life. I would have rather her of told me that she couldn't do the cut than for her to measure that she could and completely cut all of my hair off. If you took the time to read this then I would strongly urge you to take this review into consideration and just explore other options. There's a ton of other shops around that will take your requests seriously.
