Wonderful warming experience. Had a walk in with Mckenzie, but all the staff was great, had a good chat with them all. Would definitely recommend for mens cuts. Worth the money

I absolutely LOVE my hair.. I was less than a cm short of cutting these 9inches OFF..!!! But in reality I really love my length. The backstory.. I am currently growing my hair back from a Mohawk type cut. In the process I've kept braids and protective styles with conditioning treatments in-between.. I had an appt Sat. to get my braids redone again, however, I've been really wanting to wear my natural hair out.. I decided on a Sunday to press my luck with a simple shampoo and go to get me through.. (Not to sound wonky, but Hair Cuttery doesn't have a rep for styling course textured hair) BOY WAS I WRONG, & if you think the same, you're wrong too...lol I was greeted and asked of my desired services.. Long story short.. I was in by 3:20 out by 5pm. Shampoo, conditioner, deep treatment, trim, silk press, and a great atmosphere to have it done at.. I was super pleased and will absolutely be returning to complete my healthy hair journey with Nadiya.. Sidenote* The lady in the first chair is AWESOME with kids.. She's inclusive with them asking permission before beginning, explains to them for understanding and I thought that was super cool.. Not to mention their hair looked so healthy, even, and shiny after.. This is a great place if you need a one day appt or trying to find a new hair home.. Thanks for reading...

Cara did a phenomenal job! For what you get and the quality of the cut, this was top notch. Very little wait and I can’t understand why they aren’t booked out the door every day of the week. I’ll be coming back next time.

Cara has been my stylist for a little over a year now and she is absolutely amazing! From my first visit she understood my hair and what it needed. She gives excellent recommendations and is great to talk to. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. If you need a stylist recommendation, then Cara is the best!

Melissa has been doing my son's hair for the last year and the half. His last session, he wanted something complicated (multiple colors and two strand twists). I was worried that he wouldn't be happy but Melissa worked with him to create a final style that he loves. She's kind, patient, a fantastic hairstylist and understanding to a teenager's wishes. I don't want anyone else doing his hair!

I haven’t gotten a hair cut in a long while so i was WAY over due and wanted to try something new to grow my hair healthier and fuller! The lady Melissa was absolutely AMAZING!! She made sure i was comfortable before she did anything and we talked about it and what would probably work best for me! I would recommend anyone and everyone to come see them!

Great haircuts but terrible appointment management. Have made several appointments and when I arrive the shop is not open and nobody picks up the phone. Waste of time and unreliable.

Only 1 person working on a Saturday! 2 people on Sunday. They had the wrong information. I was supposed to get a cut and color. They could not do it. The cut was uneven, and I had to make my husband even my hair out.

Staff seemed very disorganized, 2 of the workers were complaining about the other 2 people who were supposed to be working but couldn't be found. I was still sitting and waiting to be helped 20 minutes after my scheduled appt time. I don't see the point in having scheduled appointments if you don't follow the schedule. They also helped out a guy who walked in after me, who's appt time was later than mine. It all felt very rushed and I didn't want my hair to be cut by someone who couldn't take the time to help. I left before I could get my hair cut so I can't comment on the technical skills, but I will not be returning.

Went to this location for the first time today. I had a great experience with Renee. She listened to what I needed done to my hair and also added some artistic flair of her own. I absolutley love my haircut and highly recommend Renee! She has a friendly and great personality! I also love that I did not feel rushed or crowded while at the salon/in the chair. I do recommend that you make an appointment online or by telephone.
