New to the area, was my first visit to Hair Cuttery. Pam was great, exceeded my hopes. Pam listened and understood the type of haircut I was seeking, and did excellent work (on someone with damaged hair/skin). Pam is very nice, friendly, and personable. I highly recommend Pam!

Amazing! Me and my mom went in and got our haircut, and it was incredible, they listened to us, were really educated and welcoming, answered our question about hair care with honestly, it was a very pleasing experience, will come back again.

Cynthia was so nice and welcoming! Had great conversation with her, and she did an AMAZING job with my hair she has lots of experience and she even went above and beyond since I came in with HUGE knots in my hair and she got them out without complaining and was so nice and understanding about it. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next haircut !

Madelyn did an amazing job on my full foil highlight! I have been getting this done to my hair for years, and she’s the best stylist who’s ever highlighted my hair. She touched up my roots perfectly and really knows what she’s doing with blonde hair! I already booked my next appointment! 👍🏻

On Feb Sat 10@ 12:10 pm appt. She went with a friend. My Daughter tells stylist what she wants for her Already shoulder length layered Golden hair with at least 3 inches of dirty blonde hair growth she wanted to match golden with rest of her SHORT head of hair. Services R less expensive than medium/long hair usually yes & service wasn't chump change for a kid that earned her $$ on her own,it wasn't given to her she earned it by herself which makes the situation much worse. ..... I WILL UPDATE.-AN UPSET MOTHER 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 🫂🫨 SURPRISE HERE'S UPDATE.. I WAS CALLED TODAY February 13th and they refunded her money they understood and it was an issue with the equipment yesterday regarding computers so they couldn't do a whole lot at that moment but today the refund was there and we are just waiting for the remaining through mail that's why this was complicated or two sources of payments that had to be dealt differently maybe cause some confusion however it was taking care of. Will be looking in mail ok. We still have to get her hair fixed so I'm going to give it a four stars because they did issue the refund just waiting for the rest in the mail however the majority of it was refunded 🙂👍🏼 -A FEELING MUCH BETTER MOTHER

Awful experience. Stylist was unfriendly, and kept pulling my hair over and over. I repeatedly told her she was hurting me, and she would just say, "sorry," and keep doing it. Was forced to stop the service when she was blow-drying because she burnt my scalp. I left with half-dried hair and a partial haircut "because she was going to finish it when my hair was dry" and she still charged me! Now I have to go get another haircut to fix the damage she did.

On 12/17 I went to my appointment I told the stylist I wanted more bright and blonde done to my hair, mind you that my hair was already blonde just needed to lighten it and tone all my hair to an equal color of blonde. When we were done I was so disappointed!!! Not my vision at all and with all the hormones I literally didn’t want to break down and cry. The color that was left in my hair was literally a light brown mix with a light chocolate color. I was so unsatisfied that I paid and just left and cried in my car. I booked an appointment at Sylvanna’s hair salon and when I walked in I explained the situation and they where shocked asking me which part was blonde and also stating that hair cuttery left my hair very dehydrated.. so Thanks to Sylvanna’s hair salon they help me with my vision and was able to give me a treatment for rehydration…

Walked in at 4:30 for a haircut. One lady was finishing up a haircut and the other lady reluctantly asked if she could help us. I asked if they had time for a haircut and was told they were closing. It was 4:30, she stated “ we need to get out of here, we close at 5” If you close at 5, why are you turning away customers a half hour prior to close? Their website states that they close at 7pm. I called Supercuts on Daniels and they were pleasant and happy to accommodate my request for a haircut.

Walked in early hoping I could get a stylist to do some highlights without an appointment. Stylist was available and she was very considerate about making sure the color was a perfect match, the condition of my hair was made better and the finished result was WOW.
