I just had Christy as my stylist and it was hands down the best haircut I have ever gotten. Her attention to detail and care about my hair was UNMATCHED. I won’t be going to see another stylist!

Management is something to be desired. Very unprofessional. Eva constantly brought her child into work with her and fought with her in front of clients. She would do her daughters hair and make her clients wait. She had two yelling outbursts at me and she is not good at her job. Very rough with clients, color work was poor and attitude was worse. Do not recommend going here as a client or working here.

OMG!!! My boyfriend and I just had the worst experience of our lives!!! The hair dresser with the blonde hair and tattoos who never stops talking and definitely doesn't pay attention, just shaved off half his beard, he has all these little spots allover his head I had to fix at home. The back of his neck was never touched. He had her shave of the rest of his beard after arguing with her cause she wants to make it look good. Before he could answer her question she had her own answers. Oh and the worst part they made him pay for it. He's been growing his beard out for 3 months both of us loved it!!! It was so insulting to hear her say it needed to be trimmed up and then she just shaved it, made a line on the side of his face. It was like she did it on purpose. It took everything in me to keep my mouth shut!!! Crazy just crazy!! Sorry for the rant and jumping all over the place in this review but that place should be shut down!!!! 👎👎 Don't waste your time or money. If for some reason you do try them out steer clear of Elizabeth and bring ear plugs!!!!

Their online appointments needs to be changed and fast. I’ve been wanting a relaxer retouch for the longest time and did an appointment 2 times at different locations just for the to call not even an hour until the appointment saying they don’t offer it. Please change this so it can easier for others. If you don’t have relaxer retouch at one location make it so if I want to go to that location it’s either blurred out/not even suggested as something you have/or if I click on it it says you don’t have it because this is ridiculous.

Brooke was absolutely delightful. She worked very hard to ensure that I was pleased with my haircut and coloring. I walked in without an appointment and was in the salon chair within minutes.

My close friend came here and told me about the horrible experience she had. She specifically told me it was a girl named eva doing her hair. My friend said eva was rough on her hair it made her tear up. She said eva asked her if she’s “ok” even though she’s the reason she cried. If you don’t want to have a bad experience or feel like your hair is about to fly off your scalp i recommend you to not come here and go somewhere else. So trust me don’t waste your time or money.

One of my close friends went here and it was a horrible experience for her. The lady who did her hair was Eva. She was incredibly rough on her hair and she felt overwhelmed and started crying, but still continued to be harsh. She did not feel comfortable here AT ALL. I don’t recommend.

I walked in with no appointment and Cindy was able to take me right away for a haircut and root touchup. I loved the cut it was just what I asked for.

I went into this Salon first asking for just a trim of my 10 year olds hair. Just before she started, I then said to take a little more off to just below her shoulders. I also showed her with my hand exactly the length we wanted. Mind you my daughter had hair almost the full length of her back. About little more then half way down her back. Needless to say she cut her hair just below her neckline!! A 100% complete disregard of what I had said. I was completely shocked to say the least how someone especially a professional salon cutter could make such a mistake. Her hair barley can be put into a ponytail now. The manager was nice and helpful however this didn't stop my daughter from being extremely sad. I'm still in awww! Can you imagine?

Just had the worst hair cut here. All she did was dry cut part of my hair, she never cut the layers I do have and she never washed my hair that is supposed to come with the cut. Through all this she complained about her job and not making enough money. I got charged $26 for this and after I left she gave herself a tip without me knowing till I checked my account.
