The first stylist wasn’t confident about cutting my hair which I appreciate the honesty about. Angela took over and she did a phenomenal job! She was very sweet and patient about the whole process and makes sure you are satisfied with your cut. I got a shorter cut and my layers look great. Lovely staff and salon as well.

We started ontime per the appointment I made with the online app. This is my 3rd or 4th time now with Lilly. She does a good job on my hair and is very personable. I will continue to ask for her in the future.

I'm giving this 2 stars because my stylist was sweet and quite pleasant. My hair however....I called and asked if they did silk presses. I was told yes. I set up an appointment for the next day. What I got was NOT a silk press...when I got home imagine my surprise to find my scalp was already flaking. Like there was no kind of moisture put in which there was...but it would have been nice to be giving a head up it was peeling... but more importantly my roots weren't straight...like at all. I can't even go in tomorrow and she if I get it fixed because I'm working. Additionally I have no clue who the manager is or how I would get it fixed. I'm going to try and get in contact with someone tomorrow on my lunch. I am actually quite upset by this. So if you are natural and want a professional straightening just beware even if you tell them exactly what you want you might not get it. EDIT: I spoke to the manager who was very nice...she listened to my grievance and refunded my original purchase.... I appreciate it but I feel like in the future their employees shouldn't exaggerate their skill set.

I have been going here for years now. Every time I come I book Angela for my hair cut. She always remembers exactly how I prefer my hair to be. I have never had a single issue with a cut. She is the one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. She even remembers things we talked about during the last cut. She makes sitting in the chair getting a cut a breeze. I even recommended my mother to her, who now will only get her hair done by Angela. I cannot recommend her enough

So I live in Winchester VA and Went to go get a haircut on Tuesday, first time at this location, and got set up with Joshua. I have been looking for a barber that knows their craft and pays attention to details for around 5+ years now, and I’ve finally found it with Josh. He Parted my hair in ways I’ve never seen before, put meticulous care and attention into my haircut and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I will be back to this location and specifically requesting Josh again. Excellent job.
