I got my hair done by Daphne, and I'm in love with it. Not only do I love my hair but I love this shop. All the employees there were friendly and welcoming. It was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back!

Mark is EXCELLENT, he does what you ask and he does it perfectly. Some stylist cut more than you want them too, or do what they want...Not Mark he makes sure he does what you want and never disappoints.

Great place to get a blow out after leaving the Mayo Clinic with my head covered in glue and oil. Very close and they took me right away as I was in a rush to get on the road to head back home. Ashley took great care of me and made me feel a lot better!

I recently moved into town & with the busyness of relocating had not had a haircut in close to 7 months! I was way overdue. I decided to take a chance as a walk-in & so glad I did! My hairdresser, Ashley, was very kind & very skilled! She paid attention to detail & it was obvious she was a perfectionist, which matters when getting a haircut! Thanks Ashley, my hair looks great!

So I haven’t visited a Hair Cuttery in years, I decided to give them a try down here in Jacksonville and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Cheryl was the absolute best hair dresser, she fit me right into her schedule when I called wanting a full hair transformation…Cut and Perm! She listened to me and my wants, I showed her photos and WALLA…She did her magic and I’ve had nothing but loves and compliments on my hair all weekend! I even had a few friends asking where I went and passed on the information! Honestly I don’t leave many reviews ever but I had to for The Hair Cuttery and Ms. Cheryl! All the other ladies in the salon were a lot of fun as well. I’ll definitely be back as a returning client!!! Go get your hair did already y’all and tell them I sent you 😉

She cut a lot more than I asked. She didn’t even warn me or ask if the length was ok before she cut. I get it’s hard to be precise with measurements, but at least ask the client if the length is good. Also, she did not layer good and I had to go back again since she did not anticipate how my hair texture would look dry. She was very nice and I don’t want to name her to call her out, but overall mindfulness would go a long way. My hair cut was ok, but it was definitely not the length or style I asked for. I even showed her a picture and it was not remotely similar. So ask for a basic haircut, nothing too crazy or time consuming because you will not get the right cut since they are on a strict time crunch.

Today I had my hair done by Tammy. She did a wonderful job and I could not be happier. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. I would surely recommend Tammy if you really want someone who will do a great job!!!

Went in for a new style and Cheryl was so helpful. She pointed out what to look for with new lengths and took my poor guidelines and I came out looking great!
