Agerta is amazing!! I lost a lot of my hair due to medical conditions. I finally got it to grow long enough to cut (took almost 2 years). Agerta listened to all my concerns and fears and did such an amazing job with my hair!! I can wear my hair down with confidence again, because of her. I will see her again soon for a trim. Thank you much Agerta, I cannot express my gratitude with your patience and the amazing transformation you did!!!

I moved back to this area and decided to return to Hair Cuttery where I met Alison who listened to my expectations on a color and a cut. Alison is very cordial and experienced and I was very satisfied and booked a return visit. One year later and Allison is still doing a beautiful job with color and cut! Great person!! Today Anne did my cut and color since my usual stylist was not available. Anne very politely offered to do my hair if I could wait until she finished with her client. So glad I did! Perfect cut! Anne is a very lovely person,very polite but an excellent stylist with a few hair tips she was willing to share! I will be seeing her next month!

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Makayla! She did highlights and strawberry blonde toner gloss on my long straight hair, and the final result is my favorite color ever. It's beautiful. She pays attention to every detail. She also cut my hair and took the time to triple check that everything was even. I'm very happy and will be back to see her again. Thank you, Makayla!

Aubrie is the only stylist I’d let touch my hair. I’d trust that woman with my life. I feel like she just understands my hair and knows what I need. She’s sweet, friendly, and I always leave feeling like a new person.

Had a 5:15 appointment. At 5:40 she called me back but then said she didn’t have time to cut and dry my hair. Because she ran behind and they’re closing at 6:00. This was my 50th birthday present to myself. Not much but it’s what I wanted and had looked forward to. Don’t bother making an appointment.

I wanted to share my experience at the salon. While the issue with my hair was ultimately resolved and I got what I wanted, it ended up costing me more because the hairstylist misunderstood my request. I was quite already having a rough day when I came in especially since I originally booked an appointment somewhere else and they booked for the next Thursday and they said couldn’t do anything about it, and after dealing with the stylist's mistake, I just wanted to be done and leave, especially since it took longer than expected. I hoped to feel better after my visit, but it actually made things worse. I think the owner wasn’t around that night, so I couldn’t address my concerns. At the end of the night, I just wanted to move on and put it behind me. Disappointed, to say the least.

I was in Jacksonville for a business trip and had some free time for a haircut, I was lucky that they sat me right away as a walk-in and even more lucky that Agerta cut my hair, she totally understood how I wanted my haircut and was very pleasant to talk too

My boyfriend came in as a walk in and Paige was his stylist. He explained he wanted to keep the length on the top and have it blended. She took off a majority of his length and it is not even at all. He also said she was rough with his head. Extremely disappointed and upset

Another wonderful shampoo, cut and blow dry by stylist Donna! I will be back the next time I am in need of services. I highly recommend Hair Cuttery. I have never been disappointed with any of the services I have received in the locations I have been. The staff is professional and personable.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning for a walk-in haircut and Ali was able to squeeze me in. She was so kind, easy to talk to, and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I liked her so much I’m coming back next week for a color appointment. Highly recommend her!

I went last evening to get a haircut and had Kirra , she was amazing! She cut my hair exactly the way I had hoped and highly recommend her to anyone. She was very sweet and very friendly! Best cut I’ve ever had since moving to Jacksonville almost 4 years ago, and I’ve been looking for someone for quite a while now!

I've been going to Ann for more than 10 years and I love how she helps me care for my hair. Today, I went for a balayage and chose chestnut for the color. It looks great, especially after brushing it out. I just wanted a subtle color that would enhance the shine and layers in my hair. I love it 🤎❤️💛🧡💜 (**she cut my hair into layers over the summer too, and always does a great job when I ask for side sweep bangs, super phenomenal!)

Hair Cuttery at the town center has always been my favorite spot! It's most definitely a staple! However, I haven't been in years, therefore, had no clue on who to choose as a stylist. I went through the reviews and saw frequent mentions concerning Maria and her amazing service skills. I decided to give her a chance! WOW!! MARIA IS AMAZING! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very detailed, takes her TIME and provides her honest recommendations. I have very thick, long, curly hair. I was overdue for a trim/shaping of my curls. My hair was also very dry. Maria shaped my hair and provided a deep moisturizing treatment. You will not be disappointed with her service. Thank you Maria!!!! I am so happy! See you soon!! We love Katelyn! After many bad kids haircuts because stylists rush through it, even at “kid salons”, we wound up getting Katelyn. She takes the time to really slow down and understand what you want and works hard to give you the look you desire. We changed up his style today and she was so attentive to getting the change right. I am going to try her for my own cut and color in a couple weeks because I trust her to make sure she understands what I’m looking for and know she will be honest with me!

now this is highly unacceptable. I am totally pissed. I had a hair appointment at 12. My appointment there was at 10:45 to get my hair washed and blow dry. I was running five minutes late. I called them and they said it will be OK. I thought that I’ll be receiving the full service even though they told me that it was OK that I was running five minutes late, but I guess not they halfway did my hair I wish I could put zero stars but it wouldn’t allow me. I really hate this hairstyle. please be aware my black girls that’s trying to get there hair wash with 4c hair this what you will be receiving.
