just stay away, took my son in yesterday as a walk in figured it would be okay, my son's hair is butchered, uneven, missed strands of hair, etc. frankly looks terrible and now we are going to pay twice for what should have been a simple scissor trim. if your employee shakes so much they cause the customers body to shake them maybe time to find someone to replace them.

Loved it! The personnel were very nice and friendly and had us laughing and joking like family. I go back every 4 weeks to keep my haircut shape.

My hair is ruined and my wedding is next month. I came in for a root touch up and a haircut. I wanted an inch off my length and so texturizing to take out the wait. The stylist has hacked my hair to pieces. The only way to fix it is to cut it all off and start over or pay triple what this appointment cost me probably more to get extensions installed. I spent 3 years growing my hair out. I have only colored it every 7-8 months to cover grays. It is all gone. My stylist was Asela. I highly suggest you avoid her.

Approx. 4 weeks ago, I went here to get a cut and perm. Washing my hair every 3 days using only perm-specific shampoos, conditioner and treatment, this is what it looks like. I've been getting perms for 50+ years - this is how it looks after, at the least, 3 months.

I booked an appointment for 5:15 and then showed up early. The stylist Asela told me she started a walk in appointment early because I wasn't there at 4:45. When I showed her my confirmation email she shrugged and said "well do you want to get started?" I could tell she didn't care so I didn't trust her with my hair. Another woman got turned away after she confirmed her appointment a day before and then they took a guy with no appointment. They don't seem to care, I wouldn't trust them to care about your hair.

Be careful at this location. I got a hack job of a haircut today. This location used to have 2 really talented and sweet stylists, but not anymore.

Asela is a very talented hair stylist. I moved here from Pam Beach County this year and tried several stylists in Arlington and Riverside in hopes of finding the right one for me. When I tried the Hair Cuttery, I finally found Asela, the stylist I had hoped for. Not only does she make me look like a princess, I love the excellent products she uses on my hair. I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend the shop and Asela.

I had Jacob at the Hair Cuttery and it was the best! I walked in feeling so crummy since I hadn’t been able to afford a haircut until now. I’m 73 and yet he makes me feel like I’m young with the styles he chooses. He really is the best!! He’s worth every penny and more from Hair Cuttery! Thank you JACOB!

Second time I've been to this location. The first time was with my child for his first haircut. Both times I have been an elderly white woman (Carol I think) cut my hair and both times she used thinning shears when I asked her not to. I think it's unprofessional to completely dismiss what a customer asked for. It cost $75 last time to have my child's hair recut and it will probably cost me $40 to have mine fixed. I will not be back to this location as long as that woman is still employed there.

I had The Misfortune of going into this Hair Cuttery and getting a really awful haircut by Destiny. My bangs got completely chopped with a part of them that went upwards. They ended up looking diagonal. I have been trying to grow out my hair a little bit more but before I could say anything beyond telling her that I just wanted a little trim, she had the buzz Clippers out and was taking my pixie cut back to a extremely close, short shave. I was too in shock to say anything, which I know is partially my own fault. What isn't my fault is the horrendous way that she cut around my ears, which was weird and boxy. She also did not feather or layer the top so I looked like I had a bowl cut. I tried to convince myself that the cut was okay, but after being in the car for less than 2 minutes, I was sobbing. I went to a different hair cuttery to try and have it fixed and they took care of me. They fixed the ears, the layering on top, and feathered the bangs, even though they're going to look bad for a WHILE.

I went into hair Cuttery yesterday and informed the young lady that I had bleached my hair about 8 to 12 mths ago and I specifically asked if it would be ok to do a perm. She stated that it would be fine. As she started to take the rollers out she said your hair was damaged! I paid for the service and even gave a tip because that's just who I am. I got up this morning and looked at my hair and just cried! I could not believe what I was seeing. It was late when I did get home so I said I will just look at it in the morning. Needless to say I went to another salon and she stated that she should have never permed my hair and I'm so lucky that my hair didnt come out or that there isn't more damage than what was there. I had shoulder length hair now I have a bob because there was so much damage done to my hair. I will be contacting the corporate office. I want my $$back plus my tip of 13 that was given. I specifically asked that ? And she did it anyway..I would have gladly said no don't worry about just do a cut and style if the perm was to much for my hair. She apparently had no clue what she was doing.

l regret going to hair cuttery The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and ended up giving me a haircut that looks nothing like what I asked for. Additionally, the salon was messy, and the staff seemed unprofessional. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. My experience at this salon was a complete disaster. and they push you to pay more services for nothing salon was unwelcoming. Save your time and money and go elsewhere."
