I got my hair done for the 1st time in 15+ years because I have not received a good haircut, my sister got her hair done here, and it turned out amazing. So I made an appt with Sasha who did my sisters hair. I showed her the same picture my sister had shown her, long layers. After explaining I like my long hair, I have received bad haircuts in the past, and to do as the picture looked, long layers. I walked out of the salon crying after paying $70 for a haircut I hated. My hair is so short, choppy and just horribly done. I am so upset with my haircut and again will not be getting my hair done at a salon again. Super disappointed with what I’ve received and the picture that was shown was completely ignored.

Took my son to get a haircut at 9:30am this morning and was told I would have to wait an hour because the lady working was the only one working (currently not cutting anyone’s hair just sitting at the desk). I look online to book an appointment and they have availability at 9:45am! This is the second time this has happened to us. How are you turning away business when you are open in this economy? We will find another place that wants business.

Last 2 haircuts here have been not great. I was so hopeful this last visit to find my forever stylist but she took me so so short. The staff is constantly changing here so that should have been an indicator for me.

Horrible. Sade does not know how to cut hair! I've been getting haircuts for 30 years and never seen anything this bad. After two hours of her working on my hair the other employee had to come out and fix the damage. Unfortunately, it was too late! Save yourself the embarrassment of walking around with the worst haircut and stay away from Sade.

Highly recommend coming here and highly recommend Hannah , she was so thorough in the consultation and she listened to what you wanted and she was very informative and she was super sweet and nice as well as everybody in the office. Honestly my hair turned out better than expected. ( I was coming in with a fix ) She did an amazing job and it was actually really affordable. I even rebooked :-) . !!!

I had a keratin treatment for first time and it was very disappointing.. had a consultation and I mentioned two weeks prior had my color done with highlights and low lights done the stylist told me that’s ok the keritan would lighten my hair just about a half a shade not at all took all my color out went back day later toned and washed out in a week that taught me a very well learned lesson after all said and done the stylist should have warned me that might happen and I would have not done that treatment to all my readers please do keritan treatments before you color not after it could do same thing to you and it is a price to pay I’m out over 200 dollars 😡and my fresh color I had before gone…

I had an amazing experience with Hannah and Carissa. A few weeks ago, I went in with my cousin just for a quick trim and left three hours later with the most stunning haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Even though they were shortstaffed those girls juggled every client coming in and gave them a perfect haircut. I have gotten so many compliments over the past couple weeks about my hair and it’s really boosted my confidence. Going back again, and I can’t recommend these women enough

I recently visited Hair Cuttery and had the pleasure of getting a men’s hair clipper cut from Hannah, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I sat in the chair, Hannah made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was Hannah’s attention to detail. She didn’t rush through the cut like some stylists tend to do. Instead, she took her time to make sure every line was sharp, every fade was seamless, and that the cut was tailored to the shape of my head. I could tell she genuinely cared about her work and wanted to make sure I left feeling confident. Not only did she nail the look I was going for, but she also gave me helpful advice on how to maintain the style between cuts. It’s rare to find a stylist who’s both highly skilled and genuinely invested in making sure their clients are happy, and Hannah is exactly that. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my haircut since, and I owe it all to her. If you’re looking for a top-notch cut and someone who truly knows how to deliver a great men’s clipper cut, I can’t recommend Hannah enough. I’ll definitely be returning and will make sure to book with her every time!

A HIDDEN GEM! hannah did amazing and was able to get me lighter than I’ve ever been and still kept my hair extremely healthy!! Clarissa did awesome with helping and guiding her on which toner better suited to achieve my goal!! I was so tired of going to expensive salons and spending $400 and still unsatisfied, when I only spent half that to finally get something I wanted here. These two ladies were amazing and professional!!! Ask for them and save money coming here instead of wasting it somewhere else. I will be rebooking!!!

I visited the Haircuttery store on 8/29 to cut and style my toupee (which was already installed on my head). The task expected from the stylist was to cut and blend the hair, however the stylist completely messed up my hair as well as my toupee. I had a business meeting to attend and it became very embarrassing for me to go with that state of hair, so I had to wear a hat in the business meeting which didn’t create a professional impression on my clients. I am extremely disappointed not only because of shoddy workmanship of the stylist, more shocking was the attitude of the stylist where she consistently tried to defend her actions. It was an expensive toupee which she messed up completely as well as my hair and mood. A highly disappointed customer. Thanks

Made me feel terrible, bad vibe, it was like if I was a burden. Never coming back. As soon as I entered and they told her to do my hair, she just did a face, very awkward from start to finish. Maybe she was having a bad day, idk. Decent job, I didn’t ask for anything crazy.

Walked in at 5 pm on a Tuesday for a quick cut (just to get rid of those split ends). Was paired with a stylist within five minutes. The entire visit was maybe a total of 15 minutes. During which I got a nice wash using product that I preferred due to my personal allergies. Wonderful customer service. Paid around $30. Thank you I will be back.

The provider was completely lazy to do the haircut , she just wanted to run over the machine with one hand. I very clearly instructed her and let her do the job but she was ignorant , I walked out dissatisfied after the service. I have to make a better choice next time
