I havnt been to a hair salon in over 10 years because I've always been disappointed, but I came here as my hair was out of control. I thank Paige for helping me out so dearly because I have a really hard time describing what I want but she didn't go overboard and saw the issues I was describing and fixed it up nice. I certainly recommend her at this location.

Karen met me with a warm smile and set the tone for an awesome experience. She and I hit it off immediately with a very comfortable chat. My desire for style was her top priority. Her next priority was how comfortable I felt while in her chair. I have never been one to ask for a stylist after the way she made me look and feel that all changed tonight. Next time ask for Karen you will thank me.

Its not the place, its the people. My stylist, Yvonne is caring & funny. She does a great job with my cut & style., and helps me communicate my thoughts about my goals. I have also used Debra. She is open & professional with great insight into matching hair & lifestyle.

Miss Karen (Hair Cuttery on Publix at Normandy Crossing) is absolutely amazing!! I went in with a hair crisis & came out feeling so good about myself. My hair was really unhealthy looking & had lost quite a bit of it due to stress, so I needed a cute hairstyle I could start over with. I had a picture I was going to show Ms. Karen, however, my phone died as soon as I got to the salon (long day at work lol). I simply explained what I was looking for & allowed room for her to work her magic. She took her time & made sure, not only, to cut it how I wanted, but also cut my hair to MY face shape, ensuring that it suited me in the best possible way. ***Updated Review*** I've been coming here for a year and the team is the absolute best! I feel as though my confidence has come back from getting my hair done at this amazing place! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my hair cut. Thank you! Kimberly did my hair two weeks ago and I was nervous at first because I had highlights done recently and I needed a trim, due to not having one since February, but she managed to dodge, and not cut, any of my highlights and gave me the perfect trim. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. They're the best and I'm always in there for any of my trims or highlights. They're all very polite and listen to every word you say to make sure they are giving you exactly what you want.

I had Karen and she was so sweet listened to me needs and wants and done as asked she was compassionate understanding gental and more I recommend you ask for her because as I sat in her chair listening around me she was the most professional as well

Thank you to Brandi, Kimberly, Zay! I got my hair lightened here as well as toner. The stylists were all understanding for what I wanted, and they were patient with my hair. I also like their line of hair care products: cibu. I came out of the salon very happy with my hair.

Another perfect service from Tori at the Normandy location in Jax! I always leave with my hair extremely soft and styled just the way I love! Tori is very knowledgeable with the product to take home as well to keep your hair at salon quality all of the time.

Been going for over 17 yrs. Fair price for length of original hair. Wash, cut and blowdry. Minimal wait, clean, good work. Hair sylist friendly and did her work. Phones answered quickly. Guests greeted and scheduled. Chairs hard but the goal is not to be in them long waiting to be called. I like my hair cut and will be back as needed. Overall good location and kind staff. I hope they open a location by the new Publix on Chaffee and Normandy because I hate that traffic by 295. Yes, I would give this branch and team a good review.

I absolutely LOVE my haircut. I took a gamble and landed in the chair of Darcy A and I couldn’t be happier!!! I’ve been searching for the right stylist for this hairstyle and I finally found them!!! Thank you so much Darcy!!! I super glad I found you!! The photos were taken a few days after and I haven’t even brushed my hair. I woke up looking this good!! 💜🫶🥰

Was on vacation and needed a hair cut. I easily booked an appt at 9:30 the night before and went in the following day at 2:00. Kimberly gave me a great pixie hair cut. My only regret is that I can't have her regularly.
