My experience with Mrs Selena was very educational & very welcoming. She answered every question I could think of & she gave me tips to preserve the health of my hair because I’m natural. She didn’t disappoint! Go see Selena on Normandy/Chaffee when you have a chance

New to this location and friendly and quick check in. Shay did a great job with my haircut. I really appreciate her friendly and professional service. She explained what she was doing and why throughout the visit and constantly checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my visit. I ended up with a great hairstyle and would definitely recommend her and this location!

I had a online scheduled appt. for today Sun. Dec. 1st and this was the worst experience I've had, from hair pulling, to having to have my hair washed 3 times due to having conditioner still in my hair to having my hair blown dry almost completely to finding black hair color on the top of my head that cause the 3rd wash, Jordan apologized and said she was having a "off day" which to me is still unacceptable, I mean this is what you do for a living! I had to leave with wet hair, without the blowout service that was part of the service due to Jordan killing my time, I was in there for over 2 hours for a simple overall color of black. At check out she didn't offer any type of discount for the inconveniences she cause and I didn't have the time to ask for the manager but did call during my drive to speak to one, Seline and she offered a 30% discount nonetheless service was completely unprofessional, be warn of what type of improper services happen at this location.

This place is truly amazing, the energy and the vibes are all there everyone has a good time in here and it really does help you calm down. It was my first time in here and ms selena really helped me through it all, she’s truly really funny and very professional as well which is an amazing thing to see in people.
