Brittany and her stylists... above and beyond. Patient,perky and definitely patiently precise with the care of your hair dreams verse's your hair reality. Not to mention my eyebrows are on fleek. Beautiful salon not to mention... All of the the stylist have hair you may want or think. Hmmm mm.

I recently visited hair cuttery and had an amazing experience. The stylist who worked on my hair was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure to incorporate my ideas into the final look. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere of the salon was relaxing, and it was clear that the staff is dedicated to providing excellent service. I left feeling not only satisfied but also excited about my new hairstyle. I highly recommend Caitlyn, to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable hair experience. I will definitely returning!

Zoe is the BEST!!! I went in to cut quite a few inches off my hair into a longer bob and Zoe delivered. I absolutely adore my hair. A couple days later, she helped me achieve a beautiful dimensional and melted auburn color that is so stunning. I’m so glad I found her and she was the stylist I got to cut my hair. She’s great at what she does, and is kind and very detailed in her consultations to make sure you get what you want. I already made my next appointment and I’m so glad I found my new go-to stylist.

I was walking in hoping to just get a quick trim. Online it says their location is open at 9 am. I walked in at 9:45. The two ladies in there seemed unenthusiastic with me being there which left me a little confused considering i’ve never received that type of reaction anywhere before, I then heard one of the ladies say “u didn’t lock the door” so I immediately asked if they were open to which one of them responded with a flat “no.” They apparently open at 10 which is fine but I had no indication of that considering online said otherwise and the door was open??? so i left awkwardly waiting outside. One of the ladies did come out and apologized but it was just such an uncomfortable encounter i didn’t feel welcomed to come back in with the few minutes they had left to open so I left else where sorry.

Hair Cuttery-Oakleaf. Booked an appointment for hair service at $4.5, but there is a $23 up charge for hair blow of a lenght past shoulder blades. This was not communicated to me before and anyone wanting this service should be aware.

I had my hair cut here one week. It went well, so I came back to have my hair dyed. I brought pictures and asked my stylist if I could pull off going strawberry blonde from dark brown. Before she started, I asked again if it would look decent, and she assured me it would. I told her to be brutally honest and that I could pick another look if she didn't think it would turn out ok. But she persisted and seemed confident she could do it. It ended up taking 4 hours and bled into the next appointment she had booked. So she was going back and forth between the other customer and me. When all was said and done, my hair was splotchy and definitely not strawberry blonde. I also didn't understand why she left my roots super dark. I paid and left but returned shortly after to express my displeasure. Ricky was immediately defensive and crossed her arms. The other stylists, including a manager, checked my hair out. They tried to gaslight me into thinking it looked good. The manager asked what I wanted, and I said I wanted it fixed. She said I should wait a week and come back if I didn't like it. But then, in the same breath, she said that they really couldn't fix it without making more problems. They bleached my hair and put a semi-permanent gloss to make it "red." They made me an appointment for the following weekend, but I cancelled because they'd stated they couldn't fix it. Plus, at that point, I didn't trust any of them to touch my hair. Bar none, the worst dye job I have ever had. I ended up going to the Ulta hair salon down the road where they could fix it. My hair is absolutely horrible… I have a huge ledge were layers should be my hair is uneven… I got 17 inches cut off and asked for a simple blunt collar bone length..horrible. Never recommend this place

I went to 10 different places in one year looking for the hair dresser for me, I was just about to give up when I found Mireille! She is just fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I swear she gives me the best haircut I've ever had in 10 minutes! She's so good at her job she could do it blindfolded! I couldn't recommend her more for men or women. She's been cutting my hair for almost two years and she will be who I go to, no matter where's she's at, as long as she'll have me!
