Walked in, told front desk I had an appt with Dee. Dee is awesome. Stylist said she'd be cutting my hair. Told her to trim my short hair especially bangs. Asked if it was OK to bow dry, sure. Walked out paying for the crappiest haircut ever, still had long bangs & an added blow dry charge. Gave her a tip & she told me she gave 50% off expecting me to tip her more.

I just want to let everyone thinking of checking out this hair cuttery location you better absolutely do so. Tammy did a super amazing job not only with my cut but listening to what I was actually telling her. She saw my problem and had the remedy and I love the end solution! She’s an awesome lady. Please come see her next time you want a haircut. I promise you will not be disappointed I am so happy right now. She’s definitely got herself a new regular! ♡

I’m not sure the girls name that cut my daughter’s hair but she was the best ! She is the only person I’ll allow to cut any of my daughter’s hair.

My original appointment was with Anne, but had to be switched at the last minute to Pablo. He was patient and very professional. He triple checked with me about cutting any length off of my hair and only took what he said he would. I would definitely recommend asking for him when scheduling an appointment. He's great!

Definitely a bad hair cut day! Mr Dale was not only very unprofessional ( pushing my back every single time he was addressing me, making me feel so uncomfortable but also not paying attention to details instead of that ignoring my requests), lack of respect, and poor customer service skills. Bad haircut, unnecessary attitude, never again!

Got my hair cut today (08/29/24) and Alberta did an amazing job! Clean salon and prompt service with an appointment. Alberta was amazing. So personable, took her time to make sure everything looked good, and made me fall in love with my hair again! I definitely recommend Alberta, I will be coming back to see her again.

Great experience with Ms. Laura at the River City Hair Cuttery. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. The process of making an appointment, checking in, having my hair cut to checking out is awesome. Great customer service and hair cut.

I was having a bad hair day and wanted a fresh color to correct my overly highlighted blonde hair. I got so lucky getting Renee!!! She spent extra time with the consultation and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. She is very experienced and talented. I highly recommend Renee for color!

I went and i had a few pictures on hand of what I wanted. I do not remember the ladys name. I have a good description of how i wanted a shorter version of what I had, but instead she simply gave me a small “texturized” on my hair and when i showed her the reference she said “no” that she wouldn’t do that? On top of not getting ANY trimming on my hair, i had spent 42 dollars on basically no difference in my hair. And the whole time the lady was giving me a “fake” vibe.

Pablo was able to put blonde highlights in my black hair without damaging my hair. He did a great job, and I receive a lot of compliments. He takes his time and is a perfectionist. Also he did a great job of cutting my below the shoulder wavy hair. I would definitely highly recommend Pablo for hair color and/or cut.

Incredible customer service! My daughter has autism spectrum disorder, and she does not like loud noises. Ms. Renee and Ms. Glenda were very accommodating and set up a small room so my daughter could have her hair cut away from the loud noise. Even with all the wiggling, Ms. Renee gave my daughter a beautiful cut! Thank you, so much for making this experience so pleasant and stress-free!
