We walked in 3 stylist in 45 mins was never acknowledged then when someone came to the desk they could not see us because we did not have an appointment. My mother is in walker and can barely walk and you made us waste time. When I asked the girl why no one acknowledged us she stated it was her 1st time at the desk NO it was your 3rd but you never ask customers did they need help. TRAIN YOUR STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The phone is ringing off the hook and no one even answers nor cares to answer. Don’t waste your time

I had an amazing experience at the hair cuttery. I had Mimi as a stylist. She was polite and professional. She also advised me on what hair products to buy that would help with my dry scalp. I would highly recommend Mimi for future haircuts and styling.

I personally love this location I’ve been going here for years now for each time I want to pamper myself in a haircut or color most the time I like to get both color and a cut done and each time my Stylist never fails me! I always pick whoever available first so it seems to leach each Stylist there knows what they are doing 10 out of 10 recommend! I love each of there bubbly personalities and definitely plan on going here in the future for myself and my children! 🙌🏼 if you want a place that’s comfortable and where you can have a fun conversation go here! You will not regret it! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joanne is attentive and professional, listens to the customer and takes pride in her work! The only improvement I would suggest is the music selection... it wasn't the best, kinda off-key elevator music.

Will not be going to this salon again. After feeling pressured by the stylist to let her style my hair instead of doing my usual blunt cut, I now have uneven hair and a hairstyle that I cried about on the way home. She didn’t listen to what I wanted, and wanted to do it her way, and now I’m the most unhappy with my hair that I’ve ever been. While the stylist was overall friendly, I will not be returning for another haircut.

dyed my brow before waxing so they didn't actually wax anything. you're supposed to wax and then tint apparently. brows looked like big, round worms. $30 just to go to another esthetician and get them fixed. also were talking bad about a client after she left for like 30 minutes, saying things like "I wasn't sure if she was gonna pay," which doesn't seem very appropriate. They also played some raunchy music, and there was an older man there. I'd rather not listen to Ja Rule with somebody the same age as my dad in the establishment. dear heavens. i was only in there for like 30 minutes.

I have been getting my hair cut by Mimi for the last few months. At first, I was apprehensive due to past bad experiences with starting new hairstylists. My hair can be pretty tricky since I have a double crown, multiple cowlicks, and it is pretty thick. With all that to say, Mimi does a great job with my hair. She listens to my needs and offers excellent rapport. I love keeping up with her life every month when I come in. She is one of my favorites, and I am pleased that I finally found a great hairstylist.

Well I have waited over 3 months for a hair cut because my designer has been out in medical leave. So I made sure I called the shop and made an appt for when she would be back. I rushed to the appt from work , which is in Frederick Md, only to find one stylist with a horrified look on her face , and I said I have an appt with Sheree at 630. She said she was put in 6 more weeks medical leave. I was disgusted!! I waited a long time because the person taking her customers did a shit job on my hair 3 months ago. I even got a confirmation txt a few days ago which I confirmed. Why in the name of his could some one have called me? So I could get other arrangements. I’ve had this appt for 2 months. Now it’s the holidays and it will be had to find an appt anywhere. I’m touchy about my hair to begin with. DISGUSTED. My time to myself is hard to come by as my day starts at 5 am. This place has lost my business. It’s screwed me one to many times. From bad highlights to very bad haircuts. Sheree was the only person I trusted. Now that’s gone. Thanks alot.

I love all the ladies here. Shanee saved the day when my daughters hair was messed up by great clips. (My bad, babe, Never again). My whole family is seen here including my austic son who somehow has feeling in his hair. 😅 Amazing staff but they are short handed so make sure you use their app and schedule an appointment!

My daughter & I always go to Hair Cuttery to see Miyisha for all our hairstyle needs. She never disappoints. My daughter has thick curly biracial hair and finding a stylist over the years has always been challenging. Below is a picture of her curly girl cut with highlights. I recently had my hair trimmed, colored and styled for my birthday and I walked away feeling amazing & loving my new style!! Shenee went above and beyond with my hair! I have very curly hair and I have experienced the horrible Dora the explorer cuts before, but Shenee knew what she was doing. 20/10 recommend Shenee to anyone who has ANY type of curly hair. She was also very friendly and had a great personality. Looking forward to getting my hair done again by her.

Amanda was just amazing she was able to fit me in as a walk in right after my daughter's appointment. She was super patient with me and my medical issues going on. She didn't rush me or rush us out the door when we were there a little past closing time. We will definitely be going back.

My stylist was myesha. She was great. She not only helped me pick a good hairstyle that would work best for my needs but gave me the best scalp massage ever. She was a lovely young woman. She was as sweet as can be and very skilled at her job.

Came in on Saturday for an undercut when me and my friend arrived there seemed to be an unprofessional atmosphere going on talking about clients in a negative way as well as clients that had just walked out the door I left with an uneven undercut with long hairs that I had to remove myself my stylist seemed to be in a hurry and the haircut felt very rushed also I left with wet hair from a wash with no blowdry
