I’ve been coming to this location now for 8 years and ever since I meant Paulina she has been great always I’ve tried other hair dressers but i a Jesús vibe to Paulina and I will never again try anyone else for she is the best with me about my hair, color and treatment. A wonderful person all around! Thank you Paulina for being great always!

Highly recommend Elina at this location. She’s been doing my hair for the last 2 years. She does a great job on hair dye, hair cut and blow dry, I have long hair. The salon is very clean and well kept.

lina is a top-notch barber and stylist! I’ve been visiting her for almost 2 years now, and it’s hard to find someone who does exactly what you ask for and does it quickly. Nothing professional about the place or "barbers" I went in to get my son a haircut and the lady completely ignored me to be on the phone and answered rudely it's understandable to be tired or overwhelmed but to be unprofessional and arrogant is whole different level definitely corporations have 0 interest in retaining customers

Es muy complicado teñirse el cabello con ellos , ven que tienes un color luego te pone e el que les da la gana vuelves y otro día explicas la Situación de como te gusta el cabello y quedas con el cabello mas oscuro me ponen el otro tiente y se me parte el cabello y adicional nunca saben los precios de cosas que hacen todos los días dandole vuelta a unas paginas plastificadas .

Have been here now for myself 4-5 times and am never particular about who I get, and they’ve all done a great job on my long hair and layers. Started taking my 2 year old here and my husband and they both turn out great too. Lupe was great today with my toddler, sat by himself and didn’t cry at all. Made him feel comfortable with lollipop and balloon and stickers afterwards.

I had an appointment with Vilma. Everything was fine and she offer me a deal for a blowout and cut for $55. But then she made a mistake on the price and charge me $66. Cut was good and blow dry too. Total $72 for cut and blowdry

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hair Cuttery, and I can't stop raving about my experience with the amazing hair stylist, Paulina! She worked her magic and made me feel like a superstar. Not only did she make me look beautiful, but she also had a fantastic personality that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. LONG HAIRED LADIES BEWARE: I went in to get long layers and bangs, she asked if I wanted to trim the ends and I said yes, but keeping as much length as possible. I told her a story of how when I was in the sixth grade (I am 25 now) I had a stylist go against my wishes and left me with hair that went to my chin when I wanted it to my shoulders and have not cut it since. She reassured me it would be okay, it was not. I have straight and fine hair that I never brush while wet because it is prone to breakage. After shampooing she proceeds to very roughly brush through my hair causing TONS of breakage and is pulling wads out of the brush very often. She then went through with a comb and rather than detangle the ends she JUST CUT THEM OFF!!!!! Easily 9-10 inches of hair gone. My hair had split ends but I KNOW they were not that bad. I pointed out to her that I wanted to preserve length and she said the ends were “no good and had to go”. All the while she is scolding me and telling me this wouldn’t be happening if I went in for regular trims (Hmmm I wonder why I don’t do that in the first place🤔) Then came the bangs…. Oh the bangs… I showed several reference pictures and repeated that I wanted curtain bangs. She stood in front of me so I couldn’t see in the mirror what she was doing, so when she stepped away to do something I was horrified to see blunt bangs. I almost started to cry right there. I asked “are these supposed to be curtain bangs?” She looked at me as if I had just sprouted three more heads that had more hair for her to hack away. Then she “tries” to fix it while complaining she had another appointment in 15 minutes and she needed to finish this quickly. She did not bother to feather or blend them and I was left with bangs that looked like they were straight out of minecraft. I could not believe what was looking back at me in the mirror. Now I have to pin my hair back until it finally grows back. I have attached before and after pictures as well as the reference for the bangs. Elina, please work on listening to your clients and maybe don’t scold them like children while working on them. Better yet, put down the scissors entirely if you think you know what someone wants more than they do.

Highly recommend seeing Paulina @ Fountain Square! She is awesome. I don’t usually have much luck finding a stylist that understands my desire for an unconventional cut, but she was completely aware and in tune. I hardly had to explain what I wanted, and she delivered! She’s hilarious, warm and welcoming. Looking forward to booking with her again.

I have been going to Hair Cuttery for many years now. I would not trust my hair to anyone other than my stylist Paulina (Fountain Square, 9971 W Flagler St Suite 120, Miami, FL 33172). I have thinning hair, and she always manages to make me look as if I had a lot of hair. Wouldn't change her for anyone.
