After arrive to the place at 10:55 am , I make my sign in as always and I take a sit , everything good, after 25 min waiting , this guy JUAN talk to me and say , im full for the whole day , I can’t cut your hair . This is the first time I have a bad experience here. Seems like she didn’t understand English well neither Spanish. I’m grateful the other gentlemen did cut my hair but sadly went home with wet head.

I had a TERRIBLE experience. Two days ago, I went there for a haircut, and the stylist completely ignored my requests. When I asked him to fix something, he insisted that everything was fine, even though the haircut was nothing like what I wanted. He cut my hair in a way I absolutely dislike. The result was just awful. I do not recommend going to Walter, as he clearly doesn’t know how to cut women’s hair. He didn’t even bother to dry my hair properly. He cut my wet hair in less than five minutes. I asked for bangs and to trim the ends, but he simply chopped the bangs unevenly without any finishing touches. He left my hair wet and asked if I was okay with it. When I said it was hard to judge while my hair was still wet and asked him to dry it, he only dried the bangs, leaving the rest wet. His work was careless, rushed, and unprofessional. I strongly advise against going to him. He ruined my hair and my appearance. It’s been two days, and I can’t stop crying because of what he did.

I couldn't be more disappointed. And not even with the stylist, is more for the customer service, the fake information about what the package includes and what they want to charge extra, I got my $28 back for the haircut. I never got in my life a blowout like this one!

I’ve been going there for years and Jeremy does my cut and camo. It’s hard to find someone professional you trust with your hair and when you do, you keep coming back. Thats before and after the camo….

I’ve decided to stop going because of a terrible haircut they gave me. The hairdresser didn’t care about my indications, even though I saw him pictures of what I wanted. Then he just said that cut my hair like everybody (fade on the sides). Terrible experience

Very Disappointing Experience – Beware of Hidden Charges! I pre-booked a haircut for my elderly mom and specified the services we wanted ahead of time. To my surprise, during the appointment, they used a "special" shampoo on my mom without informing her that it would incur an additional charge. We were shocked to see that they added an extra $100 to the bill for this. I feel they took advantage of the situation, and it was completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed – be cautious when booking here to avoid hidden fees. On top of that, the haircut itself was not great.

Jeremy was just amazing, I came in with a bob in mind and he confirmed that that would be my best option. He is super nice,made sure to keep me informed in my service and also answered any and all questions I had with no hesitation. Overall just book with him, my haircut and style services were amazing, loved the outcome.

Beware of this place if you’re a girl or have long hair. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT LONG HAIR. I got a haircut here and they gave me a bob on one side of my hair after asking for layers in the front. They cut my hair so short and at the same length. I went back so they can fix it but they suggested to come at a later time because if they cut more it was going to look worse of how short they had initially cut it without my consent. Well, I came back and the manager Laura refused to give me the cut to cut the front to not only even it out but to also fix it. She threatened me and said if I seat down that she will charge me. Unless you want your hair completely ruined and they don't fix it then don't come here. As a girl them ruining my hair, knowing it grows very slow and it looks awful I needed to post this review so other girls are aware

Not kid friendly. Telling a kid it doesn’t hurt and not being gentler with the feedback is not kid friendly. Kids’ feelings are valid. It’s not a torture chair.
