I didn't enjoy this place at all. I brought my wife for her first haircut in months and they just cut off the ends in 2 minutes and charged her 35$ ? I didn't find it professional at all. My mens haircut at sports clip took longer and they did a more detailed job than here. I understand we didn't pay for the whole hair package, but it said it included a shampoo and conditioner. They basically pushed her out and said they were closing, so they rushed her out. Even though we knew they had other clients coming. I don't think we'll be back.

The staff at this location is wonderful. They are all friendly and helpful. I always go for a haircut with Lucy and she is fantastic. She listens to your suggestions and gives you the cut you ask for. So happy a friend suggested Lucy and this location!!

I had a great experience with Flavia! I was taken care of immediately. She listened to my suggestions and delivered a great haircut. Besides that, her shampoo massage was amazing and customer service and friendliness was much appreciated. I highly recommend Flavia!

Booked an appointment on the app and showed up on time. There was only one stylist just starting with a customer. Had to wait over 30 minutes because the stylist I booked didn't show up and no one else was there to cover. I paid over $30 total for a buzz cut that took 10 min. Not going back there.

I recently visited Hair Cuttery with my son, who has beautiful long hair, for a simple trim. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but satisfactory. I clearly requested a trim, yet the stylist ignored this instruction and took clippers, starting from the front and proceeding to the back. The establishment itself was rundown, with a noticeable lack of staff and clientele, which should have been a red flag. The service was careless and unprofessional. I had to take my son to another salon, where they were baffled by the uneven cut, with the hair in the front shorter than the hair on top. This incident has left us extremely disappointed, and I cannot recommend Hair Cuttery based on this experience. I hope this feedback prompts a review of service standards and quality control to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Made an appointment with designer Ashley. I arrive 10 minutes early and get told to wait. 40 minutes after that I just left because Ashley barely acknowledged me and was in the middle of a full color with another client. If you’re behind, just say something or let me know you’re going to need another 15 minutes or whatever. Instead they just let you waste your time sitting there. I drive 30 minutes to this salon because the hair cuttery by me has horrible service. I’m done with hair cuttery. It’s worth the extra money to go to a salon with better service and that respects your time.

I got an appointment for 3.45 today. Was there about 3 min before appointment time. I told them my appointment time. At 4.05 they tell me they have someone sitting down who is before me. They should have told me about the delay when I got there for me to make a decision to wait or not. Very poor communication and service.

Amanda was so kind. Sometimes when I get a haircut, the hair stylist pulls my hair a little too much and it hurts, but Amanda was so gentle. She listened to my needs and followed directions. She did a wonderful job, thank you!!!
